Best post I've seen on here ..some who can read a RNS ..I guess you have not invested ...I don't think many in here you have invested read the RNS in detail...probably just listened to LC ...I won't be surprised if there's a RNS stating everything is still on track for finance so the sp can rise and we get another bod member sell thier shares and run for the hills...

That's what Harry has done today in the RNS ...well this rns is a coward not telling the whole truth yet again ...potential shareholders is the word that tells us all this is not happening until end of 1st quarter of 2024...not like harry said end of this year ....

Looks like the rampers are out ...saying the money is in without no evidence tttttt...around 20th Dec it says could be 31st Dec...but he didn't state a year so take your pick ...mind you he won't be here in 18 months or less lc....good ridden to the cash cow

Why would a bod of kibo sell 10m shares today if LC was that confident of the deal being done...

Of hoping then share price hits 0.35 within 3 hours of RNS ...ask yourself how long a bank transfer takes...and they leave it until last days ...I bet that 80k has paid for the Christmas party and hidden bonus for all BOD..buy a cushion before they get cramp in the a..s ...no one has one plausible reason why this 2m is going to arrive...unless its attached to a flying pigs back...kibo is finished now...only mast left

sono***un looks like there me you and a few others only know what lc is capable of...i wish all the rest gl because you will need it ....next week rns will be all is going well getting geared up for signing agreement ...which states in rns.....be signed next week or the year after...but there will never be any money...

Got no money anywhere he's screwed as well as his shareholders ..only last thing do do is the same as the director who sold today...the BOD sell there shares and give the money back to the company for a year ...so that's thier wages at the end of the year..the company goes into liquidation BUT BUT the debt has to be payed off to the investors 1st before anything happens off the sale of the assets plus interest ...very neat way of survival tactics ....

This company is going under ....Nice way to do a convertible loan without calling it one...1 year max and med and kibo will be history...

So he sells his shares and then gives the money off his shares back to the company and gets a 7% extra for doing it ...the 7% should be the biggest clue ever ...come on guys and ladies it's there to see...what's a company do when in Lastchance saloon ...this director thinks he's clever but he's only done what a company would do ...on its last legs ......

Wimbledon I remember years ago ..I think it was on glencore stock when I 1st spoke to you then kibo ...wheres the years gone ..I asked who was LC on kibo and you said wonder woman lol...I've got another few names gor him ...but I got our at the right time otherwise he would have lost me a few bob...anyway along the journey of kibo LC formed a few extra companies of which I checked and some things I could not put on kibo board which lead me to sell up with a small loss...LC cannot be trusted look at mast energy board from day one you will all see...the only ceo on a level with LC was Mathew idiens both useless and clueless to say the least ...years of spending spending with nothing in return...now LC says its all in the bag again ...make your own choices ...

LC tried today but failed yet again and he still won't resign plus the board won't push him out...this alone says it all...kibo shareholders won't give him anything ...looks like selling more mast shares for Christmas wages and a bonus for all his hard work...mast and kibo are all finished now ...

Sorry to be bearer of more bad news but LC will be seeking dilution from kibo on 7th Dec which will be voted against again due to shareholders need him out..plus they have no money to buy a lump of coal now ...you will see this all unfold from 7th Dec...all LC is after is his wages and the BOD..he won't give a 2nd or 10000th thought for shareholders...he's been around for 10 years and achieved sfa ...gl to all shareholders by God you need it ....
