There are a lot of blowhards on these boards and after a while you recognise who to ignore, particularly those who think they are ‘players’. We all have to make our own decisions but I know a lot of people are influenced by those who seem more experienced than themselves but in reality they are short term traders and will ramp until they are out. My view is they cause more damage and losses than the derampers so if you are going to be influenced it may be better to listen to the negative posters and by that I don’t mean Webbs who plucks figures out of the air without a shred of analysis and if it comes to pass will probably claim to be some sort of ‘i told you so’ guru whereas the truth is it was pure luck if the SP dropped to the levels they predict.

agreed SB the drop has been brutal to say the least. If we were an oily and announced a duster fair enough but we aren't and we didn't. Whilst the drilling results weren't that great they weren't a disaster but you would think it was judging by the reaction to them. Fast forward a few months and this period will be in the rear view.

i am watching toli...and i still think you are clueless. I listen to people who back up their opinions with some evidence not those with gut feelings or anything similar

@twino its nothing to do with MM's. Sentiment has been shot here since the last drill results RNS. Volume is pitiful, liquidity is poor so the effect of quite small sells/buys affect the SP disproportionately. Blame your fellow PI's for the slump.

'something big happening in the background' that's a classic BB cliche vic....lets face it the SP tells a story and its not difficult to read, more people have been selling than buying. Occam's razor and all that jazz.
Also I dont agree that there wont be any news before the analyst call, there may be there may not but one things for sure there is still plenty of time to release another results RNS. Just because it hasnt arrived up to now doesnt mean it wont. The investor call was announced on 4th March giving 2 weeks notice. If they were not going to announce any news whay wait for 2 weeks? Regardless we will find out shortly.
