Pwil yeah you need to get your shares transferred to a stocks and shares ISA then all your profit will be tax free.

I thought it was up to 12k tax free then taxed on anything after. But they will be changing that to 6k then less later on? Genuine question I'm very new to investing and still learning.

Most important thing after doing your research is patience in this game mate. Don't get into a stock if you have a end date in mind as it never goes to plan. Iv only been investing for the last 2 years so my whole portfolio is red haha but it is just a patience game.

He wasn't obliged to do anything, if you read the rns it's nothing concrete, there is still a small % it could fall through its not 100% a done deal. Like luv said i would much rather wait abit longer and an RNS get released saying first IM competed and signed off.

I do find it strange that if IM was so close why take the time to release an RNS just to say that. They would have just waited a week and done it, unless he needed a pump in share price. Abit odd to me but I do hope he pulls his finger out and gets this snowball rolling.
