Hi Crude, I just thought that in the past when the share price collapsed that Sou issued a statement that they were not aware of any reason for the fall, so I thought that in the absence of such a statement that maybe there has been a leak as to what offer they are willing to recommend to shareholders and this price is somewhere between 5 and 8p
JP doesn’t care about the share price, turbulence I think he called it. So we have an undisclosed deadline for offers, how long then can sou sit on these offers before a decision is made? Looking like another 12 - 18 months unfortunately
Longwait, do you think that JP could walk into another job earning £100k a month?
The reason I ask is that it would benefit him to keep this going for as long as possible, and I think that it the real reason why he won’t release the closing date for offers.
He has already stated that he doesn’t care about the share price, so it can’t be the effect that telling us the date has on the share price.
I used to be a big fan of JP but now with the constant lies, I just do not believe a word that comes out of his mouth anymore.
Jack, if the company sells the asset, the proceeds is paid into the company. What the company does then with the money is up to it. But if a company were to receive £250m then the share price should reflect this to an extent.
Seaton, I would take your arm off for a LE of £1. My average is around 65p and I do not think I will be even close to breaking even. I just don't see anyone paying £500m let alone $1b for sounds share of the asset, but I hope I am wrong.
I must admit having seen that tv program last week, the fact that they seemed so confident about TE10, the length of time it took to test and then the sudden result, and it wasn’t plugged, I wondered if there were shenanigans going on, but then i just thought I was being stupidly paranoid.
