I agree Paul, they are big buys in regards to the price vs market cap. 32m,25m,17m, 12m. I think this drop has all been engineered, if we see director buys soon ish around this price then it all makes sense to me

Weird timing to announce the placing the day before this news, which is earlier than anticipated. Stinks of letting friends in on the mega cheap, be interesting to see who bought into the placing. If we see director buys at this coming low then it looks intentionally engineered. If so, then as bad as that is, it’s hopefully the start of news flow. If the warrants get exercised within a couple months we should have funds to carry us about 10 months ish? From now.

I can only hope she gets something over the line before another placing is required, the share prices get back up over 0.32p and the warrants are exercised. That will be about £530k.

Yes, I agree TJ. Though we’ve had the delay RNS, if we get another then the BOD are totally incompetent and should not be running this company. If he hasn’t overcooked saying the end of May we’re in trouble. I’m expecting the drilling start to come with the Anza return RNS. A raise will come once drilling has started, in theory they can drill into the existing body,just step out slightly, get the share price up and then raise. That would be the logical thing to do.

Welcome Micky, director buys will come once Anza is back in the boards hands. Let’s just hope there substantial ones, they’ve had enough money out of the company while it has petered along basically dormant. Now they have the opportunity to repay shareholders and earn back trust. It’ll be a long time until they hold as many shares as I do here. My 5 year old son holds more in his ISA than any member of the board currently holds.

Nothing worse than reading negative after negative post and I’m not referring to the company, I’m talking individuals. So and so is this, so and so is that… If you’ve nothing good to say then don’t say it. Obviously the company is different and negative vs positive can be debated. His opinion on him needs no discussion here.

The current share price is valued with Anza in care and maintenance. In my opinion.

I think another big factor here will be the use of twitter / X, once drilling starts he can keep us updated day on day rather than relying on RNS’s. Colombia updates beforehand were sometimes taking up to 4 months with no twitter handle. Now we should expect to see them every few weeks with what Brad has said. We know the share price is dictated by news flow so that in itself will be massive. I expect a good move north next week, as will the gold price.

A good day had. A mere 500k volume and almost 10% up. One good thing about having a small amount of shares in issue is the speed upon it moves once buying starts. Brad needs to be buying substantially and regularly once it’s his company and under his guidance. If he isn’t then somethings afoot.

There’s about 15 trading delays left in May. I’m certain he’ll have overcooked it this time. Then we should see:

Drilling start at Pepas ( with quick turnaround of assays)

Director buys

Sampling results from various parts of Anza

Possible financing for exploration at Anza

Sampling results from El pantano

Sampling results from Lithium project Nigeria

All within a short space of time, then regular assays from Pepas throughout with the first ever hole being 150m @ 3g/t.

The last funding was far from great, but the position of the company then wasn't much better. Here's hoping there in a much better position come the next fund raise, Orosur should have 100% of Anza plus a drilling program should be more visible and underway. I've seen many worse raises on AIM, at least if it is done on TSXV, over there has a maximum discount %, 20% i believe.

Yes, we are sailing towards the perfect storm, let’s hope Brad keeps us going in the right direction. Legalwolf, had a couple of phone calls, the most recent end of Feb and I do have regularish email contact with him and have done for years. Though I’d advise any substantial shareholder with an interest here to have contact with Brad, at the end of the day that’s what he’s there for.

I added 79k today. That’s me done. I’m fully loaded ready for the inevitable rise. Abit risky buying before confirmation but that’s were the bigger gains are seen. I’ve done substantial buying mainly in the 2s, some in the 3s and smaller amounts in the 4s. A few bits I heard from the horses mouth have now come to fruition, if rest falls into place it should be a good year. Substantial director buys will 100% follow the Anza return. What price they may is another story but the delay RNS could have been intentional to make sure they ain’t paying a premium. I reckon they’ll be happy paying around here and upto 5-6p. Orosur are getting Anza back after it has had in excess of $30m spent on it, they’ll have drill targets in numerous areas. I cannot wait until a rig is in the south for the first time ever. This area has high expectation. Brad spoke of a possibility in the terms Newmont being able to buy there way back in should Anza prove a monster. At the end of the day they’ll get royalties and a cash payment should Anza become a mine. And as others say, they also own around 15% of Orosur so they are far from fully walking away from the project.

Yes, financing is the biggest question / hurdle here. As Seingred says, we need a re-rate before we any raise. Hopefully the board will pull a rabbit out of the hat in regards to this. Could Newmont throw us a bone to get us going, they are our biggest shareholder after all.

Yes, he did mention that drilling will cost substantially less but maybe factor in that they won't be drilling as deep. Feb to April Cash burn was $133k per month, down from $196k per month June - Feb.

Yet on the other hand, the majors will still be paying licenses and other fees until Orosur retain 100% of Anza. I know some annual fees were paid in January, obvious by them so maybe more have been paid up to now also, maybe a slight delay could have been for the said reason. Brazil has been closed off, Nigeria has slowed or come to a halt, Argentina is closed until year end. Cashburn will be substantially less now than it was before when exploration was underway in Nigeria and Argentina. I wonder how much of the $200k a month went to setting up and start of the JV in Nigeria?
