Nice posts. I do think the Anza resolve will come soon now we are almost half way through June. Agnico wanting a piece of the pie is inevitable, who wouldn’t seeming what Anza has produced to date. The Newmont Newcrest takeover came at a very bad time for Orosur, though that’s investment for you. I expect financing announcement with or to follow not too long after the Anza return RNS. Drilling will also be imminent. Twitter and emails have gone silent from the company now. Hopefully they are embroiled in the finishing touches. I’ve been a holder here on and off since 2018 and nothings ever straight forward!!

Last raise in February which was the first in 3 years. This added £500k to the cash balance, which will have been about £1.75m once that was received. Roughly as not sure what current cash burn is now.

You do realised Anza has been in care and maintenance? But it will be different.. It will be a totally different scenario from before. No majors stranglehold, RNSs used to have to be sent to them before hand to double check everything, which was one of the reasons it used to take an awful long time for updates. Look at the early days when Brad got giddy when Apta drilling results were released… Things soon turned sour and everything was toned down once the majors had a word in his ear. Some people here just don’t want to see the company succeed and are bitter.

100% of Anza coming back to Orosur won’t make a bit of difference? It’ll be company making once the drills start.

Morning Vick, the month of June should by Brads own words deliver the Anza return. I also ask why not use your usual account, I could fathom a guess who you are reading your two posts.

With a low amount of shares in issue here and the current market cap, if him and his band of merry men bought in then it could move the share price somewhat. It’s the BOD what need to be buying though.

Johnstoneo, would you like a wager on that? The Anza return happens before 1st August? £100, the loser donates to the winners charity of choice? All the best.

Johnstoneo, if it goes beyond June, into July and then August then yeah I’ll start singing the same tune as you and assume the worst. If we don’t see substantial director buys once Anza is back in Orosur control then your right that’ll be a big red flag. Elephant country… I think we’ll see that old version of Brad return once the majors are out of the picture and not silencing them. That’s my take anyway, maybe Johnstoneo is right and maybe Anza will never return and we’ll be stuck with Uruguay!

Johnstoneo, I don’t think I was laughing about it I’ve a lot of money invested here, these delays are far from funny. Why would he make it up as he goes along, they need to attract investors or this companies going nowhere, as eager than us to get this sorted and drilling started.

I think we'll see drilling start by mid July at the latest, therefore first results from Pepas by the end of July. Hopefully sooner, i'm optimistic here which I try to be in every aspect. If i was the opposite, i'd be selling! Not sure what the current cashburn will be, Brazil off the books, Argentina and Nigeria on the back burner. Obviously Anza will start eating money so they better have some finance deal in the pipeline. The mining journal convention in London co-hosted by Rick Rule will take place on 1-2 July, lets hope Anza is back in Orosur's hands by then.

I disagree Johnstoneo, this is an epic milestone for Orosur. When things are out of the BODs hands with lawyers, governments etc then timescale go out of the window. Brad should not have come out with the unrealistic timescales. Though it’s certainly coming, they’ve employed staff and are liasing with the locals, drilling should hopefully start very close to the time week get the Anza return confirmation RNS.

It sounds close to me. It also doesn't look like many are bailing on the strength of this delay. Come on Brad, get Anza back and get the drills turning.

Not sure about that one as Orosur are not really a new owner, they are already 49% owner of the company and are named on there... Maybe just renewing permits which MMA have left unpaid due to the care and maintenance embargo. I've queried Brad on this, not sure he'll reply with the current negotiations ongoing. Anyhow if they are getting staff in and liaising with the locals then it's coming together and drilling should be underway not too soon after ownership returns.

Will new drilling permits be required? I very highly doubt it as OMI are purchasing MMA which has the permits granted and that should be one of the main reasons they are buying the company rather than the formation of a new one.

Sounds like it’s taking slightly longer due to the laws involved due to Newmont holding 14% of Orosur.

Well we’re into June now so 4 weeks max. Then the drilling will also be starting fairly quick.

Wise move Zap, buying when they put some money in themselves. They’ve no excuses to not do so once this deal is done and anybody funding this project will want to see the BOD with substantial skin in the game. I may dig deep and add some if it goes near 4p, though I’ve enough of these now. Sit back and relax time for me. If I’m awoken at 7am by Vox then I’ll be checking it’s Orosur. Crypto trading looks a better place for some people on here, daily volatility. Early exploration is a long drawn out process and takes time, delays are part and parcel of the game. The company here is realistically still in care and maintenance, nothing is happening until the Anza keys are back in Brads pocket. In a years time with Anza back and drill rigs churning away, drill rigs on El Pantano and the big one, funding clearer, then this company could be once of the finest on AIM.

Tucking El Pantano in for the winter. Most of the early stage recon work now done and it looks very exciting. Drill permit applications submitted and hopefully ready for summer, but all hands on deck for Anza now
