It’ll be much easier to find a partner now than before and we’ve only had the Feb dilution, the majors have and are still paying all fees for Colombia until the TSXV approval completes.

Obviously not for anyone who needed the money out etc. But for me I think it’ll be a blessing in disguise.

Bhargav, so you think exploration with Newmont & Agnico at helm, keep the majority of data under wraps, amongst a much lower gold price on only two prospects of Anza, with 50% ownership to Orosur is going to bear more fruit then 100% ownership, 50% higher gold price, other prospects of Anza to be drilled??

Well least we’ll find out over the next year or so. And at least the share price began at a similar price as it did upon Brad entering the fray. 2p.

All going well I hope I’m still holding here in 5 years as it’ll mean exploration has gone extremely well.

Bhargav, you’re missing the point of the company going in a totally different direction than before.

Beforehand they’re was no real benefit for the share price being higher, exploration was paid, salaries were covered and the majors didn’t want results publishing for the public to see.

Now, the majors are no longer involved, there’s no money coming from them for exploration or salaries. The information withheld will soon become public knowledge and the board will 100% want to see the share price increase.

New money will come here once drilling begins, I don’t care who you are, once the likes of 150m @ 3G/t from surface(Pepas first hole) and 70.5m @ 3.53g/t (Apta first hole) then we’ll see investors piling in amid the gold rush.

Obviously the news the other was just the beginning, that was bound to attract traders, once the deal is fully completed then it is game on.

Let’s see where the share price is this time next year.

I guarantee it’ll be double figures.

Many happy returns will be seen, especially those who had the audacity to add substantially in the 2s.

They certainly can’t rely on them but I’d imagine they’ll be on the agenda.

It shouldn’t be too long to find out now anyhow. I expect TSX approval next week or the week after at the latest. Then hopefully the bag of goodies will be released, including sampling info from years of presence on Anza.

I’m not too certain we’ll need to raise soon. Remember that we have bought MMA and everything that comes with it. Like Maisy says that could include a cash balance, especially with the NSR agreement. Also the warrants.

Let’s see how it pans out, they’ll be more news or a webinar soon I’d imagine.

AGEOS, i refer to phone call i had in July 2023, I recall the mention of the land Newmont and Agnico were looking at and i'm almost certain it was not to the south of the project. I believe it was to the west? I'm sure I has this wrote down in my notes at home. I'll double check this.

You do realise situations change, Orosur have just taken 100% ownership on Anza. Anything that’s happened in the past is indeed in the past. The Uruguays days are certainly long gone, but the 80p days may well return.

Reading into it Micky I’d say 2 weeks max, but with Newmont and Agnico being involved and wanting this sorting sharpish I doubt they’ll push these powerhouses to the back of the que or delay them.

Mambas, yes, the new applications for landholdings around Anza is an interesting one. I remember Brad mentioning these a year or so ago. This itself could be massive.

Johnstoneo, think of it this way he could have held off until TSX approval, another week or two. He chose not to. Why do you think that is?

Micky were and when have you seen a TSX approval take up to 90 days? Any examples?

From my research and what I’ve seen, I’d say 2 weeks max.

Westhaven gold recently had TSX approval from an acquisition take 10 trading days, 2 weeks.

Elevation Gold had approval for a sale of property in 2 days.

I personally think they’ll aim to get the warrants exercised, 4.45p for around £750k ish first off. Then progress from there as that’ll pay for the initial drill program at Pepas which will certainly give the share price an uplift amongst other news flow.
