Rob and seingred, the reason the board did not participate in the raise was it was not allowed under TSX though TSXV does allow it there were caveats especially due to Newmont being involved which would have required legal advice which would have taken valuable finance and time. Aswell as that, the board still have inside information so that threw a spanner in the works and not only that, the board would have got abused for buying at such a discount.

I think the next raise will be at a higher price than last and like I said earlier I think they want the Apta Jorc, Pepas initial drill campaign, director buys then try to get a partner on board. Averages are the most important thing here, are you blind to that and as the share price gets lower if you add at a lower price then your current average it obviously brings it down. Johnstoneo, you do realise they’ve been negotiating the 100% purchase of Anza for a year or so… They’ve still got the tsxv approval before they’ll be able to buy. If they don’t buy within a month or two of that then I’ll agree, they’ll have no real interest in doing so. Also this doesn’t excuse the lack of buying before the Anza return but at ends with the majors could have been a factor of this. But I agree, the be all and end all is they need to have more skin in the game to show some confidence in the company they are now leading from the front.

Let’s see how this pans out, if I left with a £50k profit I’d be happy but I think it’ll be more. Let’s see if the BOD buy after TSX approval comes. I reckon once they have Apta Jorc and some Pepas drilling they’ll look for a partner. They’ve also all the added land around Anza, maybe they’ll outsource some of that? Plenty of options available funds / drilling dependant.

I actually bought some in the 30s, 20s, teens, single digits. Luckily added large in the 2p range, much much more than I already held. Like many others seem to have done, I call it logic. You’ve cried all the way down from 20p to here yet never sold, that is the opposite of logic. Looking forward to the news flow increase here, positivity. That’s why I invest my time and money here, though not sure why you do. Nothing better to do?

You hold the highest average on this board… I predicted last nights thunderball numbers but didn’t put any money on them, that’s the type of wrong are. If he delivers the Apta Jorc, gets Pepas drilling underway and dig deep into his pockets within the next 4 months, would your opinion change? Newsflow should come plentiful once the TSX approval drops. I think we’ll see a substantial share price increase in the not too near future, anyone invested here for a while has been through the worst of it. In my opinion anyhow.

Johnstoneo, your sat with a 20p average here. It’s almost a tenth of that. That in my opinions dictates that you called it wronged than probably most. I’ll not be adding any for now, I hold enough here though now I see it as a good time to add now the placing out the way and release stating JORC for Apta and Pepas drilling anytime from October. The land package is also now much larger.

Legal, I’d guess they are currently unable to buy. Newsflow should hopefully pick up now.

Apta Jorc expected Oct-Dec. So they’re obviously on with that at the moment. Hopefully 1m oz plus there. Pepas drilling from October aswell. Least the placing is out the way now, I expected it at a later date to be honest, I called that one wrong.
