Reading between the lines is he saying ZR only produced 54 barrels due to bad weather and ON the 1st June alone ZR produced 9 barrels so expects a rough multiplyer of 30 days (June) x 9 boepd so expecting circa 270 barrels from ZR alone in June?

He did allude to the month of June being transformational did he not?

If something close to the above is proven.......well lift off surely?

The placing was successfully completed on 30th April 2019...

"The consideration for the Acquisition is £1.33m to be satisfied by the issue of 952,197,460 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.14 pence per Ordinary Share ("Consideration Shares").  The Acquisition is conditional on completion of the Placing"

So now have we formally merged ? or are we waiting on a green flag from somewhere...meant to be a name change?

Perhaps the new board are awaiting for initial results at ZR before ceremonially announcing that we are now Attis ?

Maybe we (Mayan shareholders) can take a little comfort in what Orslega alluded to the other day - is that the current production at Mayan presents a break even scenario so no need or desire to sell PDQ ......

Confirmation that initial results at ZR has moved the company into a profitability would surely blow Helpfuls 08.07 chart into oblivion (0.49) ?

Bpine - fully understand how big this investment in Petroteq could be - the real issue I have is wether Mayan hang onto shares/warrants and not sell us short!

Think some investors have forgotten how we happen to be invested in Petroteq...

Eddie Gonzalez (obviously no longer) shrewdly (imo) bought into both Petroteq and Block so legacy investments.

Had we retained Block (who are now showing positive growth) investors might have just said that was great foresight and could have funded well growth at ZR or else where?

Same over at Petroteq (but much bigger potential return) and at some point will reflect in the Mayan share price.....

Maybe we can thank Gonzalez for that - and makes Mayan more than a one trick pony.

Personally I hope that someone on the Mayan board makes a citizens arrest on CW if he trys to sell Petroteq when they reach $1.

Petroteq UP 52% since yesterday ( obviously something good in a pipeline)....

...... how long before our 1m shares and 1 million warrants in ?Petroteq start to add value to the current share price.....?
