George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Sorry to disagree but the final part of laid off is no possibility of continuing in the role, the employment contract terminated, no longer employed by the company, that is different to the furlough. We are clearly on the life saving machine right now but no point saying we are dead till the fat lady sings, she is at present merely in rehearsals…
So by that logic during the pandemic the uk had millions and millions of people laid off….
Gut thanks for link. According to it majority of workers are on furlough courtesy of spanish gov’t, not laid off
Thank you if anyone checked price pls share
K3, where exactly pls?
Corporate governance tab on the w resources website and got error message lol…..
Feeling is that blackrock have given enough for Wres to do what it needs to in order to sell off assets etc, whilst glad they aren't winding it up and accepting that they wouldn't throw good money after bad I just can't see a way out of this hole.
Regarding the LNG, if our costs haven't changed, even after the announcement of the cap, it does not bode well.
Regarding government support towards salaries their silence is deafening and concern it does not look good
.
Regarding new listing, I fear as soon as it the so will plummet.
Altogether it could have been a lot worse and if you desperately need to then you take blackrock giving us more cash as a positive but for me this old dog has deceased
No said they were roaming the mines, just that they were in the area and spoke with locals. Similarly, even if it’s not in RNS, people reasonably rely on a CFO if they reply that their will be.
No idea what is happening but wouldn’t surprise me if with what little money left from their loan from Blackrock this sorry excuse for management didn’t by Luna crypto coins earlier this week…
As we are delisting, what steps do we need to take vis a vis brokers and company to keep track of our shares and if they wish to dilute us further (i know it may sound like a joke but if they by some miracle find someone dumb enough to put in cash for say a 50% share of the company).
Being through hell doesn’t guarantee a return trip. I understand you are being optimistic but whichever way I look at this I can’t find a return ticket and the cfo saying we would have a Q&A sheet a week ago and still not producing one doesn’t instill any confidence that the management have discovered the difference between their elbow and another part of their body….
That light (hope) at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train Tro…..what are the great similarities with vast that makes you think otherwise….
Someone had emailed Paul at Wres and got a reply he copied and pasted
If I read correctly from someone they had said Q&A in next couple of days last week….
Thanks for the link, have serious difficulty seeing how we can recover from this…
But was it done by 29th…
Still mountain of debt and if Blackrock will take a haircut, still supply chain, still production numbers. Was already I touch and go whether we were a going concern before the LNG problem….Houdini would be scratching his head with this one
How they will wind up the company and we get zip….there is just no way with the energy costs that it’s viable and these energy costs are going to stay high for at least 12 months so even if Blackrock stop charging interest and say they will wait until production starts and the Spanish government agree to pay wages….it’s still not viable…
As mentioned, with labour cost and no indication that they managed to get government money, 500k for fuel and no money to switch to anything else I suspect they will mothball it for now. Especially of Blackrock don’t take a huge haircut
“ The Company intends to continue operating as a tungsten, tin and gold exploration, development and production Company and hopes to seek a relisting on a Stock Exchange should circumstances allow and when appropriate.”
Assume they aren’t at present as they don’t have money to pay employees and LNG at 500k means no chance of making a profit from digging.
Only hope is if Blackrock write off their loans and mm goes into hibernation for a couple of years….
Pls don’t kid yourself, that is no reason to suspend the shares and they clearly stated why they have, we are circling the bowel, the flush has been engaged and we are desperately clinging. Each day that passes we are slowly and painfully being dragged towards the u bend
