I once panicked when charged by a wild rhino in the African bush, managed to scamper up a small tree and recover composure. The solution to the problem was to sit in the tree until the rhino decided there were better things to do than wait around for me.
The point is, that for the rational there is always a solution, be it a tree or a top-up at the bargain price of 72p. Panic is an emotional reaction, solution is intellectual.
