You are correct this will either come good or it won't. I think many on this board would regard a negative outcome as a real financial setback. With one broken promise after another, no news, no replies to e-mails, this is looking ominous. That is a logical view and I will sell at whatever time suits me.

There is so much speculation about what could be responsible for the lack of news. The longer we wait the clearer the it becomes. The government want a tariff set at a rate that would prevent the project being viable. Unless this impasse is resolved there will be no project.
