I have been highly critical of the government for over two years now having recognised that Magufuli and his cronies are just a bunch of typical b/s merchants. As for the electric trains they will either rot in some shed or be pulled along by a coal powered steam engine.

One thing is certain the new trains will never move any faster than the government.

My number one point of advice is

to avoid taking any notice of anything you read

reading and research will serve you well. Dummy buys and sells for a period of time may also give you a feel for things.
