I did speak to norbury himself who confirmed mac do have a small stake in the island. Thats helpful as that stakes probably worth a few bob once all these redevelopment plans are done. Obviously we dont know the exact percentage yet.

If you look at the breakdown of the holders - the ex directors of DERR are not locked in? who exactly are the affiliates?

can we work out the exact lock in? I doubt toscafund is locked in? Who are the affiliates exactly?
