CYBA plc ("CYBA" or the "Company") notes the recent movement in the price of PolySwarm's cryptocurrency token Nectar ("NCT"). As per the Company's Admission Document, and last announced on 21 June 2021, the Board continues to be in discussions for the acquisition of PolySwarm.
On 12 January 2022 NCT was accepted for trading on the Coinbase Exchange. The price for NCT increased by 760% within 2 trading days to $0.1734 giving a fully diluted market cap of $327m. Since then NCT has now listed on a number of other Global exchanges, including Huobi the largest exchange in China. PolySwarm itself holds 339 million NCT in treasury.

Still with cybersecurity, and Intercede Group (AIM:IGP) has won a competitive bid to supply a new customer, an independent US Federal Agency.

The contract involves the company supplying its credential management software to mobile devices, allowing protection of sensitive data and secure access to agency systems.

The initial order is for 20,000 devices and associated support and maintenance totalling US$0.5m, most of which will be recognised as revenue in the current financial year. The company said there is the potential to roll out to substantially more devices over time.

Narf expects that software and techniques developed under this new contract will progress through Narf's core business model and R&D transition pipeline to join other successful efforts similar to Narf's Threat Intelligence for Grid Recovery product ("TIGR"). TIGR is a Power Grid Cyber Security Solution developed for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's ("DARPA") Rapid Attack Detection, Isolation and Characterization Systems ("RADICS") program, which concluded in 2021 with a public budget of more than $139M USD. Narf is spearheading TIGR's transition to the commercial market of 55,000 electric grid substations in the US alone that require advanced cyber security defenses.
