https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/itv-shares-knocked-weak-earnings-182439575.html less than 20% of shares not in Major share holders hands already, any new will drive this share up, RT tweeted saying that he feels the current value of IMTK shares Should be in the region of 20p taking into account its contracts and market position which suggests that together with his plans for IMTK's future in the open letter he would be giving a new short target price if IMTK were to increase business and expand as to RT's plans. Exciting times ahead, good luck everyone :).
700k shares are being shown as sells, these are the big sells, at 7.80, but the share price hasn't fallen for such big sells, making me think whether these are sells or buys???
RT has been building a stake in IMTK quite rapidly recently. He has bought more shares yesterday and would soon be over 12%. He tweeted yesterday stating that IMTK is already worth more than 20p without any changes based on the contracts it holds and its market position. Furthermore changes, improvements and market aquisations would increase it value much higher. In his blog, he has suggested, IMTK can two paths going forward, aquisations to build business rapidly with him helping to acquire funding at a premium price, if not delist, he has mentioned the prospect of delisting but has been building and continues to build a stake here, is he planning a take over? Whatever it is, RT has big plans for IMTK and we were able to get a glimpse about it through his blog last night. He has previously stated he wants to acquire up to 29.99% and has done nothing to doubt that, with a % increase nearly every other day.the current free float of the shares is 27%, the share price will get more interesting when RT goes towards 20% and beyond. Good luck.
Today going through, QPE increasing there holdings pretty fast.

QPE has increased its stake in IMTK to 11.15%.
Have just appeared, seems to be going well.
After much thinking I have decided to sell my holdings in DAN, two reasons, first I feel IMTK has more upside medium to long term, therefore I feel my money is better invested there, secondly I'm quite uncomfortable with the factor that DAN iwas involved with QPP during the period under investigation. Further more DAN has risen by nearly 600% in the last 3 months, comparatively IMTK has been trading at these levels of not higher in the last 3-5 years. There is also the prospect of QPE being to increase their holdings to 29.99% and also releasing their plan via an open letter very soon. But the main reason I would say why I have chosen IMTK over DAN is that personally I feel confident in IMTK's business and see it as a very undervalued business which has great potential. That being said, Dan has a lot of potential and with changes happening behind the scenes would reach 4.5p and beyond soon. All the best to everyone invested.
Seems like we might have a blue day after all, glad I bought more today.
Loads of buying going through, there will be a lot of after buys reported today, wouldn't be surprised if we start tomorrow in the 8s again.
I have nearly doubled my holdings at IMTK today, as I mentioned in my previous post I see this as a great buying opportunity. IMTK is a sleeping giant and about to break into profit very soon, having many high end clients.
QPP have 600 million in cash alone.
QPP is worth 0.7 billion? Can u build a company worth 0.7billion? Can you? RT has, so I'll listen to him rather than you.
That it has been buying more IMTK shares today.
IMTK at all maybe DAN to an extend because RT won't be able to increase his holdings, guys, everyone needs to remember RT is just one of the shareholders in IMTK N DAN, we all he is a talented guy and he was going to give guidance to these companies and increase their businesses using his contact, so stop panic selling at a loss and regret later.
