Also we are ~49% of company stock ownership. individually we are really bunch of nobodies, but together we by far largest shareholder of Falcon. So we are just as important as Victor and others.

The thing here each statement from CEO can and will be interpreted as official, there for anything written has to be reviewed for accuracy. We can speculate and say anything we want but CEO has to be careful. As for monitoring since it is broadcasted globally I have no doubt there are many PR firms reviewing statements here. Little surprised to hear that exchanges doing it.... but I suspect that may have something with insider traiding and various regulations that big brother require.
