on brent vs where it was Friday. trend still looks down imo. be careful not to get sucked into a Monday spike then spend the rest of the week cursing yourself.

CNA #1 riser today. i bought on Friday and posted my buys here..

S&P 500 up over 1%. VIX down. but oil still in the dog house..

yeah i don't understand it oil ralies and S&P dropping like a stone.

yes i know.. i think the dividennd was 8.4p. i paid 113p for the shares a month ago took a hit. share showed signs of turning couple weeks ago. 3% profit was on my PMO trades yesterday and today.

3% profit here after fees is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick esp. in this market.

a no brainer buying CNA back at 93p as i sold at 107.4p just 2 days ago.

just put my PMO proceeds into british gas (now Centrica, ticker CNA). at 93.3p. probably something like a 20 year low for this dividend paying stock. its just gone ex-dividend and price falling much more than the dividend amount. will add if 90p is seen but hope not.

@ 93.31p. i bought a few more to account for the sp going ex-dividend since i sold at 107.5p a few days ago.

i have 93p as a support level. we will see..

holding 8000 shares.

S&P 500 has just fallen below its 50DMA @ 2860. 200DMA at 2775

could see a sharp sell-off in the markets today. i'm out for now at 88.9p.

damn i just off-loaded 5000 at 88.57p. i wasn't watching the price action close enough. i wanted 89.5p and SP had already touched 90.

people selling already at 89p what heck

stop loss in place at 86p :D

more likely the can gets kicked down the road imo. the doom mongers are saying a 10%+ drop in the markets on no deal.

FTSE futures up nicely. hopefully pay day tomorrow. 16 trades i did today! 2 were PMO so holding 15,000.

a clear sell signal when someone comes on a board ramping a stock after the horse has bolted and risen 50% in a couple weeks. just maybe a little technically overbought one could say..

and another 5000 @ 85.42p. thats me done now.

with a wee 10k shares @ 85.72p yes sir!

looking grim here already today! time to revise my target..

maybe worth a punt today but only for the brave..
