its not the first time oil has had wild swings on opec day. WTI could be heading for 54.50 fib level. now looking bearish i'd say.

tomorrow is OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting. usually a statement is made around mid-day? i'm expecting a spokes person to come out holding the Russian minister hostage with a gun held to his head, followed by the statement we have all agreed to extend cuts for 9 months instead of the usual 6 months.

folk waiting for US jobs number out on Friday. i guess market wants a weakish number so more chance of a rate cut. The S&P is also at a record high. time to sell the rally?

its $58.35 i have as a support for WTI. i have my sources. the main support is at WTI $57.33. i think the 50DMA is a little above 57.33. be careful because there is very little support below 57.33 as we saw recently with the price dropping to c.$51

how will China handle this? its getting ugly with a government building getting trashed. I don't think Trump will do a trade deal with China at any cost even if hes up for re-election in a year or so.
