european resource stocks are only up 0.5%. oil isn't up on yesterday's close. so why would this open up 3p at 68p.

PMO has form when it comes to Friday..its crap!. so don't rule out 50s. its only 5p away and oil price don't have to drop that much to get there. oil price looks weak. maybe it can hold the current level but any bad economic news and it could take another big leg down.

i may get my target here before close, if yanks take down oil to WTI $53.50

i know you. you'll be buying at 62p. good target. oil needs quite a big drop to get there imo. so probably not today.

i got to see a clear buy signal on the oil price before i buy in here because i just got one shot at it (no funds for top-ups..) unless i can sell one of my other holdings at breakeven or profit.
no bounce in oil price in asia trading. no bounce in S&P futures either but its still too early to say where markets are heading tomorrow. FTSE 100 futures point to 0.5% lower open.

with the weak pound is it not possible to make a killing exporting diamonds to wealthy buyers abroad? i guess any buyer gets hit with import duty. owning this share just looses me money.

sorry i don't see it (brent bouncing). best wait to see where the US futures point to tomorrow. another day of more of the same or a small bounce. US market won't be looking elsewhere for direction imo.
