They can easily buy into something for £100k from someone (like Holywell) which has “potential” but they really know is a dead duck, raise 300k from it and pocket 200k. It’s what they have always done, they needed consolidation to continue doing this as they had run dry on shares to issue last time.

They have raised and raised and raised pre consolidation. 0.2 raise, 0.1 raise, 0.05 raise, they can do it. Where brokers can make money they can push it through. Go through historical rns since day 2015 and you will see a pattern where they raise agains a dead project. Who would take part you ask, people whom can forward sell shares and make a profit.

Best of luck FB going forward, I think the company have 1 more raise in them then that’s it. May even be a toke. Gesture again from the bod to show faith, I.e investing say 20k whilst raising and pocketing much more. Badger won’t materialise, deadlines (1st March) creeping up with no utter of any news. It’s on on colter which I suggest you listen to docs podcast and add up why none of the colter stocks are rising into drill. This company has been and always will be for the directors to milk funds via raises against asssets of which will never materialise. Just my opinion

Regarding Badger would be good to know the progress of any of the below as it has a deadline for some the 1st march.

The OGA has agreed a 5 month extension of the initial term of licence P2112 to 19 May 2019.

Under the terms of the extension, the licence holder must:

By no later than 31 March 2019, advise the OGA that it either: (i) has elected to drill one well to 3800m or 100m into the Namurian (whichever is the shallower) and approved the necessary funding for the well commitment; or (ii) elected to terminate the licence;

Provide the results of two G&G studies to the OGA by 1 March 2019 together with a conclusion as to whether the results of these studies support a drill decision; and

Provide an update to the OGA by 1 March 2019 on all pre-drill decision work.

If you have faith in the company it’s a good opportunity to buy, if you don’t have faith then you shouldn’t be invested in the company in the first place

Let the dust settle guys. Issue I would have is why the company have only just announced this as it’s been leaked? If bmd hasn’t said anything would the company have said anything?
