Jace, if they missed their initial target, how can they appraise their initial target without another drill into the initial target and not just the side track??

IMO Jace another project will be announced, another carrot, another reason to keep holders in for another raise......

The OGA has agreed a 5 month extension of the initial term of licence P2112 to 19 May 2019.

Under the terms of the extension, the licence holder must:

By no later than 31 March 2019, advise the OGA that it either: (i) has elected to drill one well to 3800m or 100m into the Namurian (whichever is the shallower) and approved the necessary funding for the well commitment; or (ii) elected to terminate the licence;

Provide the results of two G&G studies to the OGA by 1 March 2019 together with a conclusion as to whether the results of these studies support a drill decision; and

Provide an update to the OGA by 1 March 2019 on all pre-drill decision work.

Mcap here v potential reward if colter is proven to be commercial will be rewarding yes. But i still feel the BOD historical and current behaviour should be shown and not clouded by "going to the moon" carp.

These boards are to discuss all aspects of the company liek financials, projects, history etc etc.

Which is why im surprised no one is questioning things like why they have raised £1 million against the side drill which will cost approx £200k??

Why Bunga a share only deal costing the company and its shareholders fails leaving the company spending £200k??

Agree if commercial then it will rise Boom, Placing shares yet to hit the market. It will slide beneath placing price until then IMO. The problem here is not the colter project, it could be commercial and a great find in which ADL have piggy backed into. The problem is and always will be the BOD

Agree Jace, but IMO and my opinion only ADL will bring on another asset but it will be a badger/ Bunga/ IPP asset of which they yet again raise funds against. There’s a pattern here.

Fair enough it may be a bore to those that already know the company but to some it could be highlighting new information.

Colter- yes this could come off, the drilling etc has nothing to do with ADL and IMO this is brilliant news, they have basically backed someone elses project.

If Colter shows to be commercial then it will enhance the SP obviously unless the BOD do what they normally do and raise money into it.

Pros - Colter Oil is now shown to be commercial.

Cons - The ADL BOD.

Sandy, not giving investment advice at all, people are free to do as they wish.

I told people at 1p what the company were like but they not listen, look at the SP today.

Find me something what i have said tht is de-ramping the company, telling people not to buy etc.

Just stating facts about the company from my long experience of dealing with this BOD.

Is that not what these boards are for? Or are they for everyone to just talk about how good they are and how many multiples of the current SP we are going to be at soon?

Colter could pay off yes but its still to be proved as commercial, BP didnt think it was........

Adl price hasn’t crashed today due to oil being found, it’s fallen because the company have yet again used pi money to line their pockets. They have raised 1million, how much of that 1 million do they actually have to pay for the side drill?? 200k? Where does the rest go is the question you should be asking. Devil in the detail / mushrooms in the dark comes to mind. Imagine asking Simon “since March 2016 you have raised £6.5 million, where has it gone”?

Oil has always been there, it has just been uncommercial when BP discovered. The fact that oil was found in this drill is a surprise to no one. But it needs to be shown as commercial.

Since 31st of March 2016 Simon and the BOD have raised £6.5million, can anyone tell me what the revenue amount is for this period?
