The whole point in having a vehicle to the market is to raise funds from shareholders in the Public company..... but you're saying he is awaiting compensation prior???

Andalas Energy and Power plc is pleased to provide the following update on its investment in Eagle Gas Limited.

The OGA has agreed a 5 month extension of the initial term of licence P2112 to 19 May 2019.

Under the terms of the extension, the licence holder must:

By no later than 31 March 2019, advise the OGA that it either: (i) has elected to drill one well to 3800m or 100m into the Namurian (whichever is the shallower) and approved the necessary funding for the well commitment; or (ii) elected to terminate the licence;

Provide the results of two G&G studies to the OGA by 1 March 2019 together with a conclusion as to whether the results of these studies support a drill decision; and

Provide an update to the OGA by 1 March 2019 on all pre-drill decision work.

Operator to undertake an additional technical assessment of the Ketch gas prospect after a third-party review concluded that there may be additional gas potential in the Ketch.

Identification of additional gas potential in the Ketch may inform the licence holders’ decision on the optimal location of an exploration well on the licence.

Eagle Gas Limited has the funds available to complete the additional work programme.

As of the last accounts the company had £500k assets, what makes you think or points you in the direction that they now have an additional 200k without anything being taken from the company??

Riddle me this Greg, adl paid eagle £125,000 and in return got 166,666 allotted to them by the company at a nominal value of 0.001. So (and anyone please feel free to answer) what is the nominal value of the shares they were allotted from eagle in return for £125,000??

Can you show me where they have or is it a feeling? Do you know how much has been taken out since last August? Do you know the nominal value of private company eagles shares and worked out how much they would have had to pay for each holding?

Do you know how to offset funds as losses to a 3rd party company whilst also indirectly pocketing from such a 3rd party company as a direct or indirect shareholder?

Which means absolutely nothing

And if you did your research you would see £125k of this was given to them by adl. Plus 147 mill shares at the price at the time of which will all be incorporated as “assets”, there was also other payments by adl to eagle but think these wouldn’t be in these accounts

Just say and I’m not saying there is any truth to the price the company raise all 600 @ .10, that gives them £600k extra, day £200k goes on the dog of an asset it still leave a him and his gang £400k to filter off as running costs.
