What I state is facts about the company, when the companies dealings and assets change so will my opinions and views.

But to disregard a companies history whilst the same bod are running it is fatal, yes if a completely new bod where to take the company forward then u can’t judge its history as the company wouldn’t have one under new ownership, you would then judge it by its BOD and their history and actions in past ventures.

At ADL PLEASE tell me what has changed over the past say 3 years in which would make you think anything will be different going forward?

It’s a bit like predicting Man City’s last few years prior to the Arab guys taking over, once new ownership took place its a completely different club and its history didn’t make a difference on there future .

My 600 mill at 0.1 was go give an example how much could be raised, nothing more and I stated that at the time.

If I was to say that adl are going to buy BP would you not ask for a link or proof from the company?

Fact is you have nothing to back up you claims of adl doing anything at all yet keep banging the same drum, fair enough if that’s what u believe but I like facts, figures and company statements in order to asses companies.

To keep banging on about a 50k loss I made here has no relevance, ive lost and made more in other shares and will continue to do so, it’s called being an investor on aim, you lose you win, as long as your winning investment outweight the losses then all is well.

Simon Gorringe has decided not to accept for some reason.!” would you not expect there to be more then just 1 posters input, maybe something from the company? And stating “there was an offer” is strong it happened, if you start the sentence saying in my opinion there could have been an offer it’s very different. I’m not discrediting what Greg says just asking if he has any foundation or if it is all just made up in his head?

For example..... I’m flying out to L.A next week and will marry pink, can I prove that ..no but there’s a link, I’m in L.A and so is she therefore in Greg’s head this is what will happen.

In fact nothing he has said on adl has any foundation at all but time and time again he tries to push his views on people and anyone that questions this is not worthy of an answer, derailing etc etc.

He says DYOR but forget about the companies past and the BOD performance to date.....so when researching a company and you don’t bother with the company or the BOD what research do you do? Maybe you research their projects that they are involved in? That wouldn’t take long would it.

If the company were to completely wipe the bod and a new bod come in then you could look at it a different way but none of that has happened and there is nothing pointing to that happening at all. No one even the bod are buying this share, no new RTO investors are buying this share, people are holding as they are so far under they don’t see the point in selling and live in hope imo.

And I’m not talking down this share, I am asking you to back up what you say about adl in which you never can, why is that?

And eagle changed from dormant to “active” because they submitted a confirmation statement and then yearly accounts. You actually don’t have a clue about anything in private or public companies!

Look through the ADL history.....they always announce expiring assets (colter the exception) and raise against them.

Rinse and repeat.
