I wrote to several of the well known BBC environmental correspondents some time ago informing them of the BioMSAR product being developed by Quadrise, the potential benefits and links to the company website.
My guess is it didn’t fit in with the BBC’s negative agenda.
The latest operational update sounds very good. We can only hope the these timescales will be achieved. GLA.
If this interview was supposed to inspire long term shareholders I’m afraid he failed to hit the spot for me. As mentioned in this thread the constant glancing down to notes implies lack of basic product knowledge. If Andy was the best of the candidates for the job heavens knows what the other were like.
Going forward I can only hope I’m proved wrong. GLA
It does make one think whether any LONO was done that met with engine manufacturers approval with VLSFO before they started using it? If not I bet the shipping companies affected now wished they had.
As I understood it from from Mike & Jason the extra cash raised will enable them to fund the company’s future expenditure that arises on the route to deliver commercial revenues, if our three projects progress as expected I imagine additional equipment in terms of MMU’s, engineering/admin staff hiring as to meet demands of expanding business for example. Of course the occasional cheese & wine soirée may be included too. GLA.
I think LGEN will present a solid set of results for 2020 bearing in mind the global position. As for the final dividend it was announced this year would be flat, so expect the same as last year with low to mid single digit growth going forward. LGEN were one of the few to maintain their dividend last year so expect them not to disappoint us this year. IMVHO.
Good news from the RNS this morning, let’s hope our BOD capitalise on this new product.
Video is well worth viewing with both Mike & Jason explaining forthcoming events for the next stages of the Morocco trials and beyond. Good news IMO, Lets hope they keep on track. GLA.
Good find iantobach, lets hope we see some positive movement on the Morocco project very soon.
I see that Morocco has not been included in the initial quarantine free counties published. Hopefully it will be included as further countries are added to the list.
Thanks DoN, good public interview with Mike Kirk which gives me confidence for QFI delivering in 2019.
My understanding is that the open offer ends today, anyone with Halifax (HSDL) is advised to have details of what they intend to apply for and funding in in account by 23:59 07/01/2019 or let offer lapse. But best to check if you have another broker before it to late.
My BP dividend has still not arrived with Halifax SD, was advised the issue was not due to them as it was a Crest problem and they were working to get it resolved ASAP. Market will close shortly so unlikely to get re-invested today, hopefully share price remains favourable later this week. Happy Christmas to All.
Could it be a backdoor way of getting hold of the Quadrise IP for MSAR for next to nothing? Everything is in place and ready to go, but prospective consumers stall on the contract signing in the last months of Quadrise available cash then pick up the leftovers for a song. Years of R&D spend and patient waiting by PI's to no avail for those of us who been through the mincer with Quadrise.
Overall sounds fairlypositive, but I note on the second from last paragraph of the Chairman's Statement referring to the KSA combustion trial commencement now advised to be second half of 2018: Outlook - Current trading and prospects. We have made significant progress in relation to the trial in KSA since signing the MoU in August 2016 - with extensive work including detailed engineering studies and design work being carried out to ensure that MSAR fuel production can commence at the earliest possible opportunity, ahead of the combustion element of the trial commencing in the second half of 2018. It should also be noted that the work to date has already seen MSAR positioned as an alternative fuel source for KSA's future power generation requirements, and subject to agreement and conclusion of contractual arrangements, and the successful outcome of the trial project, provides the opportunity for commercial scale roll-out at pace. Am I missing something from prior information as to when this was taking place or has the timescale slipped?
Going by 2016 dates, I would like to think we are due for an RNS to be issued by end of this week to advise on this years AGM, hopefully to be held at beginning of December. With luck the AGM will provide positive updates on the current Saudi position and any recent activities by undertaken by our BOD. GLA
