I think Nick Weiner is the Director of Engineering from the limited view I have of LinkedIn (I deleted my account years ago). He has sold about one million shares in addition to the previous report of Philip Faulkner (EnSilica Sales Director I think).

Perhaps they have personal reasons however it does give me cause for some concern.

There was a silver lining to the trading update in various ways. I posted a detailed opinion on the EnSilica sub on Reddit as well as my blog ‘Musings While Collecting Dollars ($$$)’ but in short I am of the opinion that the update confirmed upside business potential for FY26, recent cash flow concerns are largely resolved, and that the medium to long term chip supply opportunity remains substantial.

Maybe the founder of Reddit Mr Huffman heard my meow (a sound sometimes heard, not long before my roar) or was worried about ending up in my bad books (21c in fact) along with Reddit generally for curtailing reasonable free speech (which resulted in Reddit going into bad book 22a). However the post on the Trading 212 sub has reappeared. Very interesting.

As posted on ADVFN… Man alive, the Bubbler’s post on the Trading 212 sub was removed by Reddit too. I don’t know why yet, but having invested $200k+ in RDDT shares this week, they are starting to irk me as an investor and Reddit user.

Sweet. A Bubbler made a post. You can reward posts on Reddit and I gave the maximum amount of 1,000 gold. Guess how much that costs… £13.

I don’t believe in fate but that cherished number of 13 for my family (i.e. Grandad having been the 13th member of the SAS *) keeps cropping up, time and again. A coincidence I am sure. Maybe we are in a simulation though ;)

* As I said the other day, I have never verified that number in relation to his joining what was originally termed ‘L Detachment’ (yes, he was one of Paddy’s men) however he is on the Special Forces roll of honour.

I was always immensely proud of him (as I was of my other Grandad who flew a Mosquito during WW2) however seeing people salute, as his coffin proceeded with an SAS wreath, to where he now rests really did hit home.

Gah, I have posted about ENSI so much that Reddit’s automated filters are blocking my posts the Trading 212 sub. On my sub I have asked if someone can post something similar as a favour. Fingers crossed!

Good job Sparky. Lots of smaller trades have been going through of late and I wonder if a good few user are T212 customers. I need to find a way to get traction more quickly with the Trading 212 sub on Reddit with its 144,000 members. Sadly there is a small minority who seem to vote down my posts there (the you should only invest index tracker crowd for example) which doesn’t help. Hopefully in time my pro ENSI investors will upvote my posts there and EnSilica will gain better visibility. All in good time I guess… however I will post something on the sub shortly and see what happens!

That sounds positive Dartron. Over 4 million shares have been bought up over the last few days. Whether that’s connected to my article published overnight on Tuesday, or the various wealthy individuals I have approached this week (including the MD for an arm of an investment bank) I do not know. If those I have approached are building a position, they certainly haven’t told me. Although there are many who don’t like others to hang onto their coat tails in life (so will keep quiet). I on the other hand am more than happy for others to hang onto my coat tails on my investment adventures should they choose after appropriate due diligence. Hopefully it will all turn out as I foresee.

Hmm odd. My order went through pretty much on the bell, at 49p iirc.

Buying more ENSI shares tomorrow on my new Trading 212 account.

It is tricky to know where the SP will head in the short term Onbeyondzebra. Volatility aside I am hoping this is a step in a journey to many multiples of the current SP.

Shoot, I just saw the price now of the stripy dressing down… it’s gone up a bit since when I bought one a few years ago. Like four times!

P.P.S. The threads in the dressing gown catch on things and run like they’re alive. So the dressing gown looks suitably shabby chic investor wear quite quickly in my opinion!

Thanks and much kudos to Simply Wall St too. I have the next article already in my mind. I just need to find time to write it amongst a million other things to do, including getting out of my stripy Joh Lewis dressing gown. Today has been a whirlwind so I haven’t had time to get dressed, shower or eat much. Thankfully the London market is now closed. ENSI up 21.46% :D

Personally I think we have Simply Wall St to thank for the interest in ENSI.. they published my first article with them overnight to their entire user base (seven million according to their website).
