I have a half exit strategy…however it’s gonna take more than a few years to get there I reckon.

If the plan reaches fruition, then the other half can stay in (assuming no bad news, and continued performance) in the hope that GGP will eventually pay a divi in the distant future.

After saying yesterday I was gonna keep my powder dry, I too chucked a grand in for the raise…curiosity got the better of me, hoping they may throw us a bone…won’t hold my breathe though.

When I did my bed and ISA I made a whacking loss on paper. Since being in the ISA, it’s gone from strength to strength…and I have a whacking (on paper) capital loss that I can carry forward to use against any capital gains (property, crypto etc) in the future 👍

I held about 20 companies for years, some gained spectacularly, some lost spectacularly…

I randomly found GGP, took a punt initially, but the more I read about the company, and learnt from the learned posters on here, the more confident I got, and the more I syphoned out of other companies, when they were in profit, to build my position here and lower my average, to the point where I have all my stock investments, bar a small level of cash, in GGP now…balls deep if you like.

It’s against everything that I was ever told about investing, but I read WB’s take on diversification, which made sense, and proudly stand by my decision having DMOR, and as a result my ISA & SIPP are now in very healthy profit WEY HEY!
