Newmonts approach to maintenance of land & equipment is second to none though apparently, so whilst Murphy’s law always applies, I’d rather they were maintaining everything than say…Newcrest…or us, until everything’s ironed out.

It’s not a train down, it’s valve blown and a rather large blockage as a result, on the main plant…I think.

Newmont are only running one train so as to not eat too much into the stockpile prior to deal completion…again, I think…

Sounds like NM have been brilliant and gone through everything with a fine tooth comb, so I’d be surprised if there were any major problems. Just a faulty valve and a big clear out, which is an undoubted a ball ache, but nothing serious.
