Forget about anything on aim as it only serves the bosses and market makers to make money. This goes down from 0.70 pre drill ,more buys than sells and they drop it to 0.40..that is market manipulation at its best...get a duster then they drop it to 0.10 A dilution news and it flys to 0.45 and then the company releases a rns stating they know no reason for the rise thus giving shorters to make more money again...the cycle goes on. Didnt hear the company releasing a rns stating the no of no reason why the price droped from 0.70 to 0.40 before drill news was heard... Aim=corrupt as hell and throw in abit of fraud too

So how much did they raise in that last placing, 15 million at 66

Shows how corrupt aim market makers are...market cap is far less than what cash they have plus leases etc

Good to see the mms manipulating this down again...good for the shorters

Makes me laugh that they have to release a statement saying that they don't know any reason for the rise once again killing the sp but they don't say anything when the arse drops out of a share say like from 7 p to 0.10 p

What's going on with the administrators

Sorry I couldn't make meeting as couldn't confirm my holdings as they were in nominee account and Katie said I could do a screen shot of it which I didn't know how to do , not that great with that sort of stuff and only got back yesterday off hols. So how did the meeting go today...any positives. ..lost another load on trp recently with corrupt market makers making it worse.

Haven't heard any updates from Andy so is this looking like a lost cause or is there still goings on

At the bottom of the rns it states shares are going to be bought in tranches til April so lots more buying yet.. And yes it is scandalous how the mms kept the price at 0.70 and then dropped it to 0.47 with more buys than sells . Market manipulation at its best...Crooked mms through and through but that's aim for you... They can get away with whatever they like

I would like to be in a position to pay tax on shares. I've got a 70 grand tax write off. Never made money on shares.....Mms too corrupt and directors committing fraud left right and centre

So only people who put in money now for court action should get paid out.... What total tosh....it doesn't work like that....I'm not saying it's fair for for people to put more money in to fight this but it's for all shareholders....to try and divide this up would be impossible....say only 2 people pay in your saying they get everything...then your as bad as the bods

The only shareholder that may be excluded is the hairdresser as that may come down to insider trading

If we're lucky to get anything back it would have to be split between all shareholders and the amount of shares you own and not the price you bought at as that is ridiculous. Still that's jumping the gun anyway and fair answers would be a good start

I do presume that if you get something out of this then all shareholders will benefit as I don't have funds to support the fight . By the way it looks like your doing a great job at the moment..... How can they cherry pick what they put into administration and what they want to keep....shareholders must own all of it....They can't get away with this but I'm betting they have got good advisors on this but then again I've never seen shareholders fight back like this before as aim management in the past have got away with whatever they wanted to legal or not

Maybe they even wanted a no vote....cant trust anyone these days

Maybe all the things bought that they didn't need was because they were set in place for someone else ...get rid of the company and someone has got some nice cheap assets ready to go....get rid of shareholders and new start for someone

If the administrators don't do a proper job and this gets looked into by a lawsuit then they themselves will come under scrunuty. Everyone can see board have had an agenda here and some underhand dealings going on

I think this could be a reverse situation as the one in Canada if there is any wrong doings its because they actually have got alot and trying to play it down so mates can buy on the cheap.
