According to the administration RNS shareholders will get nothing back - if I’m reading it correctly!

Shame on the EVE experienced bod and for what I think were very misleading shareholder presentations over the past few years.

Just my opinion but everyone of the bod should be banned from any future leadership rolls!
Some people will have lost many thousands by believing the EVE presentations!!

I suspect DFS would be the most likely suitors but they are leaving it very late as EVE have announced (why?) they expect the cash to run out in October ( we now 1/2 way through October). It puts DFS in a very strong position to offer peanuts say 0.25p a share and EVE would probably have to accept it!
Dissatisfied with the so called experienced EVE bod to have made the choices that has put the business in this situation and leave very little hope for longer term shareholders with either holding on and risk losing all or sell for next to nothing!

Well I for one feel well and truely tricked by the EVE presentations to shareholders!

..... Anyway in 2020 eve post 2 million loss then in 2021 with higher turnover of 26.6 million ( with highlighted above 50% net profit margins) they make 3 million loss!
Will 2023 be 8.5 million loss?

Cost accounting factors all these things in DG and hence the business makes profits if planning forecasts stuck to and regularly examined with changes made if and when necessary. You do not just sit and watch 8.5 million disappear to must be nearing zero now and do nothing!

Unless they sell each and every product every time at a small profit after all costs they won’t ever make money!
The big reduced losses by 82% was it bank in 2019 and with the fresh inject of cash at that time the best interests of shareholders and indeed the company was to start showing profits! Very bad management I think!

Do you not think with CC claiming that EVE is very easily adaptable ( just watch March presentation - after war had begun) should they not have immediately cut bod salaries, paused France, reduced staff levels etc when there was still 4.5 million on cash - they have done all this not but due to good management leadership but because there is no money left and they have been forced to. Forced to is not good management!

..... update —— 50% sale now over and mattresses at least back to full retail prices.

On last checking the 5 day 50% off everyone sale is still running though today would be day 6! Previously they have always been good at stopping a discount on time. In saying that they had sold out of The Sleep Away Mattress and The EVE Sloth but both available again still at 50% off !
