D-G, I do blame CC, TP and the well paid experienced board of directors whose remit is to always work in the best interests of shareholders for simply not being cautions enough or having a set of plans incorporating spending limits with actions to just run cash out and leaving shareholders little option to sell if they did not want their hard-earned and trusted invested shareholding capital to look like it is going to zero! Yes I'm very annoyed at the way management have taken EVE to this current predicament.

Its unbelievably gut-wrenching to have felt forced to sell up Eve shares as management appear to have managed EVE to a state where logically there is not much hope left ( for longer term loyal shareholders anyway).

Is there any appetite for shareholders to actively take over and run the company themselves?
One issue though is that it seems as well as run all the cash down the current bod have taken a loan of 900k which is a big liability now!

I have been a long time investor into Eve. I have been a fan of the brand and the way it’s positioned itself.

It’s a shame that with the world events it has disrupted this rebuild strategy and put pressure on the finances along the journey.

My background is in launching, scaling and turning brands in the jewellery industry into profitability for the last 20 years.

I think there are series of steps Eve can take to make this into a sustainable business with profitability. The fact they haven’t done it yet means they won’t be able to do it by themselves.

Between myself and friends we hold a sizeable chunk of Eve shares and I have written to them to see if they would be interested in my help in turning this around.

I just feel, it’s a great brand, great vision, good products, great team culture, only thing missing is the right strategy to build profitability, which I am very confident is achievable.

Anyone with a larger holding, if you’ll come forward then as a group we can collective make a difference.

Utterly appalling bad business management by those in charge and unbelievable poor financial management by the person in charge of finances - or was there another explanation?

I note they have eventually reduced staff form 55 to 30 and also the directors have said they have now taken a salary reduction. Both these things I suggested when the 4.5 million bank balance was revealed. To have taken action then EVE may of had a chance to continue as a PLC - ( as i recall several shareholders at the time were hard on my for my suggestions).
What an absolute mess EVE are now in! Cheryl and Tim please explain your actions!

EVE never had any creditors until very recently—- the CFO Tim Parfitt and CEO CC And the experienced BOD have spent everything without taking note every sale ( especially with the massive discounts) May just have won The FIrst To The bottom Award

CC and her team gave the strong impression of being passionate about EVE Plc ( a major reason why I invested here). So how has such an experienced and passionate bod’s brought EVE to such financial straights!

It’s the strangest rebuild strategy by taking approx 8.5 million of cash reserves plus stock holding to nearly zero! Wonder if CC, TP etc are proud of their accomplishments at EVE? Some shareholders will have lost thousands and thousands of their savings if this EVE folds up!

Definitely it’s an awful experience selling any EVE shares now when 2 years back at 6 p SP this looked and was continually spun by CC, TP at every presentation as a rebuilding and recovering business with a bright future!

Or has CC & TP & the experienced bod run EVE into the ground?

RMS EVE is it now? So has CC, TP ( the person qualified as appointed to carefully control, manage and warn of finance difficulties) and the experienced BOD appointed at shareholders expense —- and it appears an iceberg directly ahead?

What’s the chances EvE Sleep PLC can recover and or remain as it was from where CC, TP & BODS have brought the current business too; 100 %, 50%, 5%, 0.5%, 0.05%, 0.005%, 0.00000005% etc (maybe somebody should ask directly?

Thanks Jackbal. Instead of fellow shareholders ( and some not even invested here presently) turning on me or other shareholders it should be bod that both questions on business performance and accountability on spending down 8.5 million of shareholders cash should be where the queries go?
But I onto now be surprised to learn EVE are finished ( which would be a disgrace).

Does anyone think CC, TP and the bod have actually run EVE into oblivion? No FSP news and cash must be virtually zero if one looks at the monthly average case burn from Jan to Jun?

It’s not exactly rocket science to buy a product into you stock and only sell at a higher price to the public; ensuring a profitable sale each and every time?
