Can anyone advise, please?10 Jan 2025 16:16
I know that it is a bit late in the day now, but I was wondering whether someone can give me a bit of basic advice re the Open Offer? Like many L.T.H.s I am showing a loss over the last few years! I currently hold 34,000 shares in SNG, showing a loss of exactly the same amount!...due entirely to my carelessness and nothing else. Would there really be any advantage for me in buying, say, two lots of 50,097 shares, in the Open Offer, at a cost of just over £2,000 compared to what I've already spent? If the shares rise by a couple of pence or more then hey!!! ...I'm making a profit, eh?
And what about de-listing? I've been following the excellent "And what does de-listing mean for us?" I still hold the 34,000 shares previously mentioned. How really difficult would it be to sell them if SNG were delisted? Perhaps I should sell them now before the markets close?!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks, and enjoy the coming weekend!
Kind regards,
Donnymad
