Our aim is to raise this process capacity, and reduce the incidence of commissioning trips, such that in the coming days the plant will reach a minimum steady state of 5.5 mmscf/d or greater

in addition for 3.3 mmscf/d stabilised condensate production has started at circa 50 barrels per day, so for over 5 mmscf/d we should be producing around 77 barrels a day.

As the warrants are cleared the sp will push above 3p imo,
once the sidetrack drill starts, the SP will double in anticipation of the amount of gas we will be producing.

We have kept an open line to three participants. Non-binding offers have been tabled but they did not reflect the true value of the asset or were contingent on various milestones being met.

It is one thing to low-ball ahead of proof of success, but to low-ball and make a bid contingent on proof of success seems to be having one’s cake and eating it.

In short we were being faced with the same issue that the old Angus had with Horse Hill – sell out the asset at an undervalue ahead of final proof of success, or press on alone and indeed increase our stake in the asset. On this occasion we chose the latter

Angus were for sale at the start of the year, where the installation of the plant and actually pumping of gas was a while off, they had 6 bone fide bidders if i remember, now they are pumping gas, increasing flow, adding a second compressor to increase flow even further, in the hottest sector going.

10p plus all day,every day.

a second compressor online means a significant more gas flowing to the grid,
in the coming days a MINIMUM of 5.5mmcf/day, with a second compressor it could be pushing nearer 10mmcf/day

and thats without the sidetrack!
