Hopefully news next week but if it did take longer,It’s possible with the crypto dropping .maybe better putting off for a week or two . It’s a hard one to call as it’s best joining the USA market at its best .

I agree with you gregpeck great company, you could see a takeover at this price . Results out very soon, it will be interesting to see what the last 6 weeks trading figures were like on the 27th May .

Amigo also received last night a letter from the FCA dated 10 May 2021 referring to its letter of 23 March 2021 and stating that the FCA has decided that it intends to appear at the Court sanction hearing through counsel to oppose the sanction of the Scheme, even if approved by the requisite majority of the Scheme creditors, on the basis that the Court cannot be satisfied that the Scheme in its current form is fair. The FCA's letter states that its concerns are in relation to Scheme creditors' claims being significantly reduced whilst other stakeholders such as shareholders are not being asked to contribute, and the terms of the Scheme arrangements do not arise out of negotiations with Scheme creditors or any body representative of their interests. The FCA's letter also stated that it does not intend to request to attend the Scheme creditors' meeting.

I agree, it was good to see it hold at 15.5 at the end then move to 16 . If you look back at the chat over the next 4 days we could see a new year high .

As this is a share discussion board we are all entitled to have our views so unlike willhi02 who is sitting on the fence as he says there will be a placing at sometime - yes you will be right at sometime there will be a placing. Just like the next thing you may say is that the share price could go up or down - which again willhi02 you will be right in saying that.

Not sitting on the fence is Sanboy, you are absolutely spot on with what I am thinking about the future. That’s why I’m going to copy and paste your thoughts again:-

Im in another share GWMO that i believe mate a huge mistake placing before notifying the market of drilling commencement. The placing churn has throttled the SP on the rise seen on lab news and drilling start. Now if they had placed 4 weeks later i believe the price wouldve been significantly so less dilution. The placing should come (If at all), post NFT and OTC listing news. The expectation is that this news should get us a lot closer to the 70-100 million mcap (SP 70-£1), meaning same amount of placing shares for more money banked or less placaing shares for the same money if placing were to happen now (hope that makes sense)

Willhi02 sitting on the fence monecor no confirmed RNS update today.
Dom not sitting on the fence monecor sold out at a fast rate from their high holding to the last holding of 2.1 million shares-fact. Since then there has been the same pattern of selling but at a slower rate looking back at previous patterns. Thoughts - not sitting on the fence- good news for share holders my thoughts are monecor is seeing value in the company going forward and slowly selling the shares as they may feel they are missing out on a higher price on USA listing hence the RNS has not come out in the same pattern as above, which is a great sign for existing shareholders. Meaning if they hold them that’s great but if they sell them on USA listing the amount left will be gobbled up in no time.
