Looking great for tomorrow for blast off at last Bit is going to break 19k on to 21k next stop . It amazing how a fee weeks have changed this company. I was buying at 3p thinking it could go bust now looking forward to hitting 20s again . MCL has the same chance tomorrow of a nice blue day.

But I do agree there is going to be some twists and turns . But that old 10k maybe today price 250k / 500k shares to new buyers could be interesting .let’s see what happens tomorrow and the next few weeks .

you have a good point what about - buy and hold into a private company . On this occasion at this price it’s not a bad shout . They change over 100 per cent interest going to to 400 plus interest , in their accounts they took big hits last year and put in big provisions.

I could see this company getting bought out in the long run personally when the books are straight again .

If everyone sells and nobody holds or buys yes it will . That one way of looking at it plum . I personally think you will see blue tomorrow plum . I will be buying again so that’s 1 buy .

So if pi’s did hold on tight and if they did add to there holding at this stage, it will create a nice little rocket lunch.That’s what I am doing . The market cap is far to low going on to the new platform in 4 weeks .

Irrevocable undertakings and letters of intent

The Company has received irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Resolution from all of the Directors who hold Ordinary Shares in respect of their entire beneficial holdings of Ordinary Shares amounting to, in aggregate, 790,000 Ordinary Shares and representing approximately 0.59 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also received irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Resolutions from other shareholders in respect of 50,772,986 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 37.77 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has received letters of intent to vote in favour of the Resolutions from other Shareholders in respect of 17,121,293 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In aggregate, the Company has therefore received irrevocable undertakings or letters of intent to vote, or procure that any other person votes, in favour of the Resolutions in respect of a total of 68,684,279 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 51.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Looks like bit may break $19.000

The meeting is on The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland at Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds LS11 5DR on 3 February 2023. So they need to scoop up a few shares to get that 75 per cent or over . But today did given them a discount against yesterday, but I am sure it will start to get harder as the days tick by and price starts to move north .

So working the numbers 100.5 millions shares of holders need to vote yes .

It said it has support from 51% of shareholders already for the delisting, which requires 75% support at least.

So they need another 24 per cent , let’s see who is buying in the next few days .
