Yes Reach, I have a very multifaceted view of PanR. Lots of hype being whipped up on the other board from some very knowledgeable people BUT I have experience with Pantheon and no one can really shed any light on the extra shares. In fact everyone appears to be pretending they will not arrive. On the one hand, the enthusiasm in the share price is hiding the reality somewhat. I could lose out on a gain but I most certainly will not loose here totally. There are always other opportunities, and I just may take those instead (and buy a house....)

I think everyone is expecting the go ahead and it's all priced in. Does anyone have similar experience of this many shares being added at lower price and direction of share price? Can't seem to get a realistic/logical answer. Yes there are assets BUT we have no decent income at this point. Also Vos#1... based on figures from ADVFN, I have it producing at 50% what they flow tested. Will this be increased gradually? Know they said they would manage conservatively but based on decreases from other wells, I am a little concerned as it is our only income

Yes, thanks Fernan. I think the brokers reports are absolute nonsense. They do not appear to have given Magnus any consideration at all and I think they are going on old poo. In more ways than one.... However, I am looking on it as an opportunity to buy and will be waiting until March for an update.

Hey Whiteace! Was going to ask if you were still around. Well, where do I start? Company picked up assets and management/ops team Great Bear. Shares have already been bought, mostly by great Bear. I am out of my first load of shares as couldn't take the risk of possible dilution-it may not happen. Check out the RNS. Hope you are well, glad you are still here. Diane

I was about to say the same, thanks everyone for crunching the figures, it is so obviously nonsense the 15 target that I was about to buy some more earlier. My partner stopped me as we are buying house soon. I have also been a bit baffled by PanR at the moment so all my thought processes have been involved with working out whether to stay there. May buy more tomorrow secretly ssshhhh!

Can't talk about the shares without mentioning the massive dilution to Pantheon share holders. i am quite excited (sad, i know) to find out where this ends up. Not quite sure whether there is actual dilution or not since we have bought assets. in a weird situation of wanting it to rise for the shares I have left in and wanting it to fall because I have made the decision that it may well fall in the short term. Good luck everyone else. I am sure the patience will be rewarded

There is quite a long time between now and next week, the share price has spiked and the Winx well will spud but only 25-30% success. alkalid 60%. No one really does know what will happen after admittance of shares but I am thinking them being at 15.25 will cause dilution in itself? These are my thoughts. Malcy also saying this is high risk now was also playing at the back of my head so, for better or worse, I have sold my first allotment at a small profit.

After listening to both angles I really think people need to make their own choices. Undoubtedly, admitting shares at 15.25 is going to cause some dilution to share prices. On the other hand, this is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to many potentially successful assets across Texas and ANS.

I will admit, I don't truly know ml but I don't believe it should. They were at 15.50 so not a great drop, there will just be more shares. Put it this way, there appears to be enough interest here atm and greater volume, I am sure no one would buy if they anticipate a fall soon?

I've been here in the lows before gk so no need to panic at all as it is short term. I trust Enquest somewhat to deliver, it's just down to poo atm but mainly the Dow. They are following each other closely. I am just hoping a recession is not near because that would mess up everything.
