I found it really hard to read past the comparing of Hur with other oilies with massive debt. Anything after that is bound to be even more ridiculous. That made my mind up to add as it was clearly a set up I have seen before with Enq.

I don't think CMD will make the slightest difference until analyst sentiment turns or there is really good news.

don't think it will go much lower, the company may do buybacks or poo is quite likely to spin round on a sixpence in the next few weeks. Russian agreement next week. It jumped off that 17p line like it was burnt all IMHO

ah, the collective minds coming together to try and drive a stock down to make some cash both ways. back handers abound. Then lastly the banks/analysts jump on board to push it lower with no real finacial/evidence based proof. I expect -unless really lucky -we will languish at this level until 'sentiment' turns. i give it 6 months- one year. No point gassing about how unfair it is or trying to prove worth. It will come back up when there is change in 'sentiment'

Can anyone explain why the end of the news article says the shares were 20% down on Friday at 5p each?

Enq have about 1.5 debt and will be about 1 at the end of this year but that’s entirely what I was going to say Taverham. Really sloppy article obviously financed by a shorter. Same happened to Enq, bad news stories that were untrue re finances just so some couldn’t make money

A lesson against stop losses for those that got stopped out..

On Enquest, the jumping on water issues (not literally) now look at them go!... thing is, even if this rumour has one grain (or drop) of truth, this is all part of oil plays. From experience water cut can be very variable in wells. The fact is, it gets jumped all over by certain people to move share price in direction they want.

Yeah, I agree Cadillac. I think the results will help with the lack of transparency. A meeting after CPR before resisting just makes me uneasy. Get the results out there, then let people make up their mind. Timing is everything and at the moment all we have is that pushed back, again....I wonder how long things can keep getting pushed back?

so the relisting is being pushed back to February.
