Nuuvera was sold for ~$425 million (this after original deal was agreed at $825 million)
Let’s not forget Nuuvera wasn’t revenue generating, unlike Yooma who are.

I have to agree with your comment re Curaleaf buying out Yooma. It looks nailed on. Same chaps built Nuuvera and sold it to Aphria(Tilray), built Emmac and sold it to Curaleaf.
Curaleaf are the biggest players on the planet and are the largest shareholders in Yooma. Constanzo (remember him) is one of the directors of Yooma and also the CEO of a company called Curaleaf Internationl that will buyout Yooma...price? It is far bigger than Nuuvera so have a guess.

What is happening

The Board of Fragrant Prosperity Holdings has announced proposals to re-domicile from the British Virgin Islands to Guernsey. At the same time the company wants to change its name to CiiTECH Group Limited. Shareholders will vote on these proposals at an AGM on 13 January 2022.
