The Leap IPO/M&A is probably not being helped by Endeavor still to complete the OPENBET acquisition. Due to compete soon.

I think you are under the misapprehension that Seed are majority stakeholders in Leap.
We are a minority shareholder (admittedly the largest holder) and Ed does not dictate and never did dictate when the Leap IPO occurs.

Market got spooked by an RNS revaluing Leap at £6million.
Can anyone point me to where it states Seed are actively looking to sell Leap for £6million.

LL Leap wasn’t even a thing 2 years ago. It was mentioned when news came up but it never raised an eyebrow from anyone other than the hardcore. It was all Factom/nuuvera/emmac/cbd prior when you were holding. Plenty of chances to get out. The glee you’ve taken since the RNS from you and a few others has been loud and clear...

And you still didn’t sell LL. something seriously wrong in your head. Yet you’ve been at this stock non-stop for years now. Telling us how it is...

Or alternatively Leap is not sold and it bounces back.

Ed sells Leap which makes up only a 1/3rd of our NAV for only £6million which is a £million above our current MCAP is disappointing but also reflects the fact that if this was to happen means the market is currently valuing our remaining £12 million NAV at minus £1million. Opportunity knocks.
