Hangzhou Court Accepts Factom Blockchain as Evidence in Online Copyright Trial

A court in the Zhejiang-province capital of Hangzhou has confirmed the legal validity of electronic data stored via the blockchain as evidence in an online copyright trial.

The Hangzhou Internet Court (杭州互联网法院) has accepted blockchain data as evidence for examination and judgement purposes in a case involving the infringement of online broadcasting rights, according to a report from Legal Daily.

The plaintiff, a Huatai XX Company (华泰××) used a third party evidence-storage platform to prove that the defendant, a Shenzhen xx Company (深圳××) published content on a website it operated for which the plaintiff retained the copyright.

The third party platform automatically captured the infringing webpage as well as conducted source recognition, before compressing the web content along with the call date by means of a hash function and uploading it to Factom and bitcoin blockchains.

The use of blockchains for data storage ensured the completeness and accuracy of the data, with the Hangzhou court concluding that it serves as a valid form of evidence in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws.

NAV is 10.18p it’s sheer lunacy to even suggest that there has been no progress since they bought into these companies.

Any other news is in the public arena so they won’t RNS that either. Relax, stop looking at the SP and wait for the real news as it’s coming sooner than most anticipate.

Plenty of people buy aim rubbish everyday only knowing the ticker and armed with some pitiful knowledge gleaned from on here or twitter. My advice is to buy in tranches over a period of time. If it blows you make some money, if it tanks more importantly you only lose small money. My research now is to find a reason to sell, if one isn’t there then I hold and wait. The only problem over the last year has been timing for some people, they’ve gone all in and feel bitter that they’re now in the red on paper. People have to look at the bigger picture with FFWD, is the PF in better shape now or when they bought the majority of their holding? There are lots of decent companies currently at or near year lows, there has been a market correction, relax and wait for the news to start to trickle through. I’ve got enough contacts to know the BOD are as annoyed as we are at the current SP.

Nothing clever about researchers...anyone can do it. The clever people are the ones who read research, do their own research, ignore the price and wait for the news to drop. That is when the herd arrive..difference here is there is multiple news due to drop and most won’t be holding when it all appears.

Anyone want to question that Factom NAV has no relation to what’s actually going on within Factom.

They will hopefully announce a further commercial product before Christmas in association with the Department of Homeland Security.

This is in addition to anything they are doing with a certain Bill Gates (anyone not see the Factom tweet over the last week).

This is in addition to the 30+ NDAs they hold with Fortune 100 &1000 companies.

As a kicker we await to find out who is leading series B.

Of course this all has to be worth $500 k or less.

If I can be bothered I’d break down every PF investee company and give a what’s happened since investment to show that in each and every case the true NAV is not the reported NAV.
