Always worth looking at the history of a buyer.. On January 6, 2014, Portage acquired a 54% equity stake in Biohaven, which at the time was also a British Virgin Islands corporation, for $3.5 million. Portage invested a further $3.501 million in 2016 when Biohaven was raising additional money from outside investors. Biohaven IPO'ed on the NYSE in May 2017 raising $193.7 million. They turned a $7 million investment into over $200 million when they sold their stake in Biohaven at the start of 2018. Interesting that they gave the complete amount to shareholders as a special dividend. This is a serious company and they believe they are sat on quite a few potential Biohavens. Throw in the premium and the shell shares and it’s a no brain needed investment. They will list on the Nasdaq in 2019.

Particularly annoying are the use of multiple exclamation marks. Using 3,4 or even 5 doesn’t make your point anymore enthralling/exciting to read and instead makes you appear to be acting like a schoolgirl texting her friends.
