So what’s happened to all the contract news that was ‘imminent’ months ago ?

They certainly know how to look after themselves this ‘management’ ..even a bonus if they can get the company sold. Here’s hoping they do at a good price before they go off and milk some other company to sustain their lifestyles.

Interesting comments...I to have been keeping a close eye on this one and have been in and out a couple of times in the last few weeks. I sold today when it was up around 12.5% so missed a little bit more but profit is a profit.
AIBG is another one I’m tracking but haven’t bought yet as it’s run away a little..If it drops under the 1 Euro I’ll think about it.
The Georgian banks..TBCG and BGEO are also ones I trade in and out off..currently out of both of those too.

You’d think if part of the company is up and running again they would release that via an rns
I emailed investor relations on Sunday, just asking with a month passed the expected time of results release shouldn’t they at least be giving an update ...still awaiting a response.

It’s is frustrating though about the results or no update from the company about the delay. I’m not concerned, but feel the company should be updating about what’s going on officially since they have over run the proposed release time. I’m confident the share price will crack on once they get released. I’m not expecting them to be pretty but the current ridiculous price should be reflecting that.

On another note...I’m using an iPad to acces this website..anyone else getting this annoying advert popping up along the bottom every page you access. And the clowns wonder why their website constantly crashes when they fill every corner with adverts...

And if I had 10p for everytime I've read the seller done comment on a share i'd have enough to buy this company....

Think how those that took the recent placing must feel seeing that..the 'management' couldn't manage a pee up in a brewery...but they get well paid, so they wont give a monkeys.

Is there any news around on why the results are overdue ? They had two months to release, surprised they haven’t been forced to issue an updated rns giving info on why overdue.

There has been some board changes pushed through by Crystal Amber flexing their muscle so we might get a surprise if it is tomorrow with a more positive result rns....but would certainly like to see the rest of the deadwood that’s milked the company over the years kicked out
I hope to see a steady increase in the share price but the money to be made here is when they sell off their share in the companies and we get additional divvys.

I've been in and out of this a few times over the many years. Promises and promises from the board but never achieved anything. Constant placings to fund their 'research' aka, their lifestyles. Been a decent trading if you can catch it right..ie get in before they pump it up to get a placing away. 'Management' are only managing how to fund their pay...terrible company from that prospective with the usual dodgy aim management.

You’d think the price they will pay and the placing price for existing holders will likely be less than today’s closing price. But if CD& R are providing cash they must be confident they can turn this around. ...so any pain might be short term

Well I'm sure those that took part in the direct offering will be decidely cheesed off already..management will be happy securing their inflated wages for the next while.
