Email to Seeing Machines:- Once again, Seeing Machines fails its shareholders by not meeting stated deadlines in respect of highly sensitive market issues.

The stated date for the comnpletion of the loan financing completion was by the end of June, yet here we are an not a squeak from the company.

Totally unacceptable from a company that spends so much time on social media but treats the importance of financial market information with such apparent contempt.

If the company is serious about attaining its true potential then more attention to financial marketing is a must.

It appears to me that they should consider installing DMS in their offices as they appear to have gone to sleep at the wheel. With all the activity at CES & not even an update along with the lack of contracts as outlined previously by PM, it's time we had an urgently required briefing.

Surely the Military must be watching this progress with great interest.

The exclusivity period agreed with Qualcomm regards BMS in the rear-view mirror has expired & no comment has been issued by SM. Such a potentially financially important agreement having expired warrants an RNS to inform shareholders as to whether it has been renewed or with the SOP is no longer required. SM is showing so little respect to it's shareholders who have supported it so patiently for so long.

Hope, Seeing Machines have a tighter legal grip on things than NANOC Plc had, rascals does not start to describe Samsung Top Brass.

The £46 million valuation as calculated by the accountants will IMO be a conservative one.

It would also appear to me very unlikely that a company of the reputation & size of the the one selected to undertake the sale would be interested in a piddly £46 million deal.

The new CEO was much more impressive and knowledgeable than the previous incumbent.

We might yet all be surprised by the final outcome

I was really disappointed that Paul mentioned Aviation in his opening remarks, but never expanded further on the matter. With the amount time & money spent I was expecting news on any progress achieved.

I think you are wide of the mark regards predictions. Seeing is dependent on working out it's volumes based on what the car manufacturers predicted. Who could have forecast the manufacturers would EV debacle?

Serious question, if the Pareta Motors range from 1kw to 3kw are the buses produced by Dinky Toys? Motors of that power range no matter how efficient will not power a normal commercial bus.

If his past statements are anything to go on, then this one should last until his next uturn. I would give it a month at least.

PM has made it clear in the past that Seeing is an IT company. After all the sale price might be considerably higher than we think which would pay the rent, reduce costs & increase our working capital.

If they are not interested in truck OEM business should the sale of Guardian & monitoring as a going concern and just retain IP & royalties? It would appear to absorb a lot of time, effort & overheads that could be better spent elsewhere within the business. IMO
