Ethio no offence but maybe have another go-
"From current sp to high of 43.75 , you need 32.5%" simply wrong- take the current SP and multiply it by 1.325....i have a feeling you won't get 43.75, the rise (in %) is always greater than the fall (in %) to get back to where you were....think about the days we were getting 80-100% rises last year...the SP was only moving by a pence or 2.
Correct Happyscot -drop is 30% from what was probably best bid price for a while @ 42p
- rise would need to be 50% to get back to 52 week high @ 45p but that was the offer price
this was always going to happen eventually, now into the 7th month of the FSP...no update of any substance whatsoever....its getting beyond a joke
Sorry where do I compare EUA to microsaic as a business?! False paranoid accusations. I was merely highlighting what had happened to a company exiting an FSP without a transaction. I was actually suggesting its a potentially positive sign that we still have traction with ‘interested parties’
Interesting one of the other long standing companies in an FSP without an offerer released an RNS ending the process today, SP dropped 55%. Comforting they were engaged in FSP less time than EUA I suppose

Onassis knows people from 'the city', no need to question it and no need for any evidence, you should just believe it
To be fair, it's true though isn't it regarding the resources/reserves. The company is however in a formal sales process with very large banks (now formally) involved which justifies the SP given benchmarking against other Pd deals. If 'interested parties' were no longer involved you'd think it would have to be announced via RNS given the big players reputations involved. If we're lucky this has always been pencilled in for Q1 2021 (maybe since the DLA piper announcement)
some people are a touch dilutional here, have you considered they haven't received an offer? (as per the disclosure table!) The only named interested party was Lesego who said they weren't interested after due diligence (not the greatest sign is it) . It's been 6 months now with nothing of any substance from the BOD! Personally I'm beginning to think the bubbles going to burst, they can't just carry on forever like this
HL offering 3, buys not going through at 3 either
Looks like 52 week highs, anyone feel news is on route RE RCF finally signed?
whoops sorry that was meant for another board
Looks like 52 week highs, anyone feel news is on route RE RCF finally signed?
sorry but i don't agree, the DFS is in relation to WK, as per RNS all NDA's signed prior to FSP were in relation to the Monchetundra asset, its clearly the point of interest, WK DFS is irrelevant IMO
question i'm interested in is how long are they allowed to go on for within the FSP without an offer, it's been almost 6 months...we haven't even had a single update. 90% of the companies initiating an FSP already have an offer on the table and merely use the FSP to stimulate competition.
Not all buys, that 39k miss print is my sell
41.75 now, humungous kippers or septic Lils eyed something in the distance from the crows nest!!!!
