Hi Chaps, have been monitoring BIDS for a while and took the plunge yesterday at 17.5p.

Was going to top again today but HL only taking Fill or Kill as currently no live quotes. GLA

TERN is a classic AIM stock, it will either spike up and we make some dosh and it may hit the big time or quite like with AIM stocks crash and burn. I'm not impressed by BoD, they are clapped out. Sisto BS's he was a big shot at RSA when you read his TERN profile but look on LinkedIn he was only there briefly years ago - he lives in the States and has his fingers in loads of pies and historically some of those pies have been the Tern portfolio companies - all of which have been around for donkeys years.

So. I'm a holder and I'm sticking with them as I think some of those portfolio companies are interesting but the BoD are ***5

Here we go again, back to the red...

Blimey, it's like watching paint dry or a kettle boil - let's get some RNS updates out and not just have the only comms via the portfolio Tweeting stuff or the utterly guff Tern Blogs - we need a wider reach and properly put together news

Guys, for 3 years the charts say this has languished under a penny. The uplift from a potential sale is already factored in at circa 3p, I'd be amazed if this gets sold off anywhere above 3p per share in value, a buyer wouldn't just throw tons of money at it like that.

Interesting spread. Looks to me they've yanked up buy price and held sell price back, in my humble experience this is because there is a hoard of shares someone is wanting folks to buy at a mark up and to not dilute this hoard the sell price is dropped to dissuade selling.

Just my view, happy to be corrected if I have misread. GLA

I saw this because always a lot more buys than sells in the last couple of weeks and the price keeps going down - I think someone/group is stockpiling on the cheap:

You'd hope so. I'm flummoxed as to why it's sunk back. A lot of good things going on with the portfolio companies, just bemusing it's receded. Hopefully people will soon see the treasures in this portfolio

NDT: Not sure, possibly the class action but it's early days on that front as no momentum to case at the moment, the judge may just end up throwing out the case

Look at the buys vs sells here, the SP should be in the mid teens on the back off these buys, daft cheap at the moment.

Looks like John's sales (RNS) assisted with the drop in SP recently.
