Prior to the JPL the company was undertaking a strategic review and the JPL has now added pace and focus to the review. There is no way the Cayman Islands legal system is going to want to be embarrassed by bad financial news so the Judge must have had confidence in what the company was doing otherwise they would have been hit with a full JOL.

This is a main listed stock and not an AIM basketcase so tighter governance etc.

There should be good upside here, not sure how the upside will present itself as we have had day traders cause havoc with the ups and downs and also MMs taking the Michael regularly.

The sells are interesting. There is a regular pattern of selling at final price of £3600 and £3750, from what I can see this has been going on for weeks. Games me thinks...

Hi Alan, I've seen the reverse at G3E where someone sold 1 share. It is odd but I guess there are some odd people out there - meep :)

I keep a watching brief on Dev but have lost confidence in BoD and that Oracle geezer hasn't done anything interesting that we can see and hasn't bought any shares either to my knowledge. That 20 Million overhand won't budge in a hurry either.

I'll keep watching as fortunes can change quite quickly sometimes but I expect this to languish at this SP for a while now.

I sincerely mean this when I say good luck to all holders (having been one) .

It looks to me (yet again) that MMs are trying to scare holders into selling by mucking shout with the bid price and actually with the large spread trying to deter buyers. All quite intriguing, I think they are stockpiling for someone.

Was hoping the company would publish something for shareholders before end of year to see what the plan was, have checked website and twitter but nothing at the mo'.

I don't quite get how the SP seems to vary so much on NEX and Franfurt (appreciate Frankfurt is Euro but still when you convert currency it's different to LSE).

Today (23 Dec 2019) NEX has: Share Price: 16.15, Bid: 14.80, Ask: 17.50, Change: -2.05 (-11.26%), Spread: 2.70 (18.24%), Open: 16.15, High: 16.15, Low: 16.15, Yest. Close: 18.20

I appreciate volume differs but it basically means you can pay more or less at a point in time depending on the Exchange...?

Agree Invester. But the company needs to provide some confidence boosting RNS on way forward to boost sentiment as that will help keep the MMs in check.
