These were good times. The mms dropped it, in fact plummeted it on I think the day, based on a false rumour of a duster that went round. I was at work so missed the insanity and all the pi panicking. When I got back they had announced the oil discovery and it shot up for a while after that. Pennies to pounds - them were the days. :)

I have a small amount in HE1 now but find the crossposting on LSE between these 2 boards to be highly childish. Between them, idiots from this forum and HE1 have created a stupid and unnecessary playground competition between these two shares that's totally pointless. All for a few pennies profit or loss.

M22C, I don't know yet. I might have a small punt with some birthday money, just for fun and because it reminds me of Rockhopper when I was in back in the day.

I assume the 'inflated' forecasts may also have something to do with the sheer scarcity of helium and anyone with even a small viable amount is going to be circled by vultures. Plus the added hydrogen. However, the forecast doesn't really say how it gets to 9k% up so ... but interesting. I remember Tullow going from pennies to pounds overnight too. Interesting times.

You know in fairness, many of the great companies began life as penny shares. I was in Rockhopper. It went from pennies to multiple GBP very, very quickly on one find. That's why though I'm not invested here I take an interest in its fortunes. It might be the Rockhopper of helium.
