From watching the price action over the last few weeks, I would say this is ready to make a move next week, bid ticked up to 5p and over a number of times this week before quickly being pushed back.
I believe there is a large background sell being worked, once that’s filled which looking at the price action this week is very close, it’ll start its move towards 10p+ before the end of field tests in my opinion
As Dman alluded to already, LVCG business model is around licensing their content out, works kind of like a franchise - we supply the content in return for a license fee, the partner who runs the events gets the ticket sales, so we get paid no matter what happens. But it is also in our interest for it to do well so our partner keeps running the events year after year
Hi there. I’m invested in both companies BRH and RMS the company that acquired the controlling interest in Gyrometric. BRH didn’t receive cash for the transaction, but received shares to the value of x amount of cash in RMS.
So BRH still have one fifth of the Gyrometric business and now have a 7% interest in RMS.
I personally believe this deal was done to make it easier for Gyrometric to secure deals as now RMS have a controlling interest, any potential deal for Gyro won’t need to be approved by a number of other interested parties, just speeds things up.
All in all, I think it was a very good and fair deal for both parties involved and I look forward to seeing the first deal land.
Pig - it isn’t like a placing, where additional stock comes to market, the liquidity of the stock will remain exactly the same, as only Vin herded will be getting shares, all that will change is the market cap will increase depending on what terms the deal is done.
For instance - there’s 34m shares currently in issue - there or there abouts
That means at 7p the market cap is £2.4m
Of vin takes 50% stake at 2.5p there would be another 34m shares so now 68m shares total
That would mean a market cap at 7p of still under £5m - for a company with cash (from her investment we would have £1m or so cash depending on terms)
£5m Market cap for a company with one of the best leaders around isn’t to be sniffed at and won’t be 7p for long that’s for sure
Read between the lines - nominated advisor wouldn’t have given notice of resignation if a deal wasn’t incoming, they would have just remained and business would have just carried on as per usual - now just awaiting the deal RNS before the rest of the market decides they want in also
Yup, I had some this morning for exactly that reason
Yes agree Dan, the company is fundamentally in the strongest position it’s probably ever been in, with, as you say, a number of near term catalysts. 19.5p is the key level to break after an 18 months of being stuck in a trend below it, break and hold that resistance and I think we could see a very swift move to 30p or so
...today and bodes well for tomorrow - MM’s dropped it today and nudged the 200ma on the chart, although the ask remained no where near 4.5 as I would have topped up around there, the MM’s dropped the bid to 4.1 at one point trying to pick a few cheapies up, obviously didn’t work.
Nice delayed buy of 150k just shown up also
I think the recent director buys (although very small and insignificant) have been a bit of a hint to the market that news is close - at the end of the day, no one likes to lose money, and the fact the directors have bought a few which they have never done before, to me is a subtle hint
Debt being converted to equity at 1.12p - if it all goes ahead that should really be the floor which is a 56% premium
Korg - dilution yes, placing no. There’s a big difference. Vin Murria is going to be taking a controlling stake at between 2.5-5p, which means the freefloat If stock is uneffected as they will be allocated only to Vin, do you think she’s going to sell after a couple of weeks, no is the answer. After doing my research I’m happy to be holding, and I’m even more surprised we are still at this level knowing Vin Murria wants a large stake here! Once all is confirmed it won’t be sub 10p for long that I am certain of
If I was a betting man, I would say news next week, then the fun starts
Agree with what’s been said. Once Vin Murria takes her seat on the BOD, and also her stake in he company, it’ll be multiples of where it is now. The market cap at today’s close is roughly £2.25m, I think it could easily be £10m MC just knowing VM as at the helm - that’s 33p.
As Burmes said below, she has a history in this sector and taking company’s from nothing to huge market caps. Make no mistake there’s plenty of investors watching this stock and I betvas soon as she has her seat, everyone will want a piece. Personally I would rather be in befor that happens
Sellers drying up, spread tightening - gearing up for another push higher shortly - looking forward to VM appointment to the board now as that’ll be the Q for everyone to pile in who are watching on the sidelines
Lol you do make me laugh, just because trades are in red doesn’t mean they are all sells, like wise if all trades are blue doesn’t mean they are all buys.
The 60k at 3.43pm and the 24k towards close at 8.1 were both buys and cover all the sells inbetween.
How many shares do you see do almost a 100% rise and hold that rise going into the next session, in my opinion that’s a massive bullish signal, if you’re so short it’s going back to 5p, you would have a short open
