Yes agree Dan, the company is fundamentally in the strongest position it’s probably ever been in, with, as you say, a number of near term catalysts. 19.5p is the key level to break after an 18 months of being stuck in a trend below it, break and hold that resistance and I think we could see a very swift move to 30p or so

...today and bodes well for tomorrow - MM’s dropped it today and nudged the 200ma on the chart, although the ask remained no where near 4.5 as I would have topped up around there, the MM’s dropped the bid to 4.1 at one point trying to pick a few cheapies up, obviously didn’t work.

I think the recent director buys (although very small and insignificant) have been a bit of a hint to the market that news is close - at the end of the day, no one likes to lose money, and the fact the directors have bought a few which they have never done before, to me is a subtle hint

Vin Murria is going to be taking a controlling stake at between 2.5-5p, which means the freefloat If stock is uneffected as they will be allocated only to Vin, do you think she’s going to sell after a couple of weeks, no is the answer. After doing my research I’m happy to be holding, and I’m even more surprised we are still at this level knowing Vin Murria wants a large stake here! Once all is confirmed it won’t be sub 10p for long that I am certain of

Agree with what’s been said. Once Vin Murria takes her seat on the BOD, and also her stake in he company, it’ll be multiples of where it is now. The market cap at today’s close is roughly £2.25m, I think it could easily be £10m MC just knowing VM as at the helm - that’s 33p.

As Burmes said below, she has a history in this sector and taking company’s from nothing to huge market caps. Make no mistake there’s plenty of investors watching this stock and I betvas soon as she has her seat, everyone will want a piece. Personally I would rather be in befor that happens

Lol you do make me laugh, just because trades are in red doesn’t mean they are all sells, like wise if all trades are blue doesn’t mean they are all buys.

The 60k at 3.43pm and the 24k towards close at 8.1 were both buys and cover all the sells inbetween.

How many shares do you see do almost a 100% rise and hold that rise going into the next session, in my opinion that’s a massive bullish signal, if you’re so short it’s going back to 5p, you would have a short open

Holding Fridays rise nicely here And nice churn also with over 10% of the entire issued share capital traded before 11am. Set nicely here for Vin Murria taking her seat and new Nomad so as not to conflict interests - once that all gets announced - expected these prices to be gone for good

Personally don’t see to much risk here at all.

The market cap is still only £2.2m, if Vin Murria Doesn’t take a seat on the BOD, ohh well, it’s a shame but still have world leading tech and at ink £2.2m MC.

If Vin Murria does take a seat on the BOD, I highly doubt she’ll have any trouble getting a new nomad (already in discussions with multiple nomads) they’ll virtually be begging her to take them, not vis Versa.

Secondly, we are lucky she even wants to invest her cash here for an equity stake! I would happily gift her shares for free to have her on the BOD here, but she’s happy to pay her way, between 2.5-5p, my guess it’ll be at 4-5p, but either way, even if at 2.5p who gives a **** it’s going to be in sticky hands and we’ll have Vin take a seat on board, that alone will be enough to rerate this!

It really is a bit of a no brainer at £2.2m MC - £10m MC would be 37p

BRAVEHEART Investments (BRH)
Market cap at 17p - £4.6m

* No debt and cash of £1.1m

* Recent GM resolution passed to allow dividends as and when BOD feel necessary - now needs to be confirmed by the courts and should hear within 6-8 weeks on this.

* Recent announcement - Paraytec (strategic investment company) plan to raise £4m. What we are yet to find out and could potentially be one of many lightbulb moments to the market is that all 15 companies are currently valued in the book at £2.2m.
If the Paraytec raise done at 50% dilution, that would value #BRH holding after raise at £1.68m. At 40% would be £2.52m and at 30% £3.92m. Most likely be between 40-50% in my opinion.

* Then they have Kirkstall (BRH own 37%) who have distribution agreements with Lonza a multi Billion pound company, wouldn’t be surprised if Lonza made a takeover offer for Kirkstall in the medium term.

* Gyrometric systems (BRH own 41%) the third strategic investment - could get an update here anytime/contract wins maybe?

* 12 other legacy investments

* Fund management business which we recently had an update to say they are in detailed discussions with a large financial organisation to launch a new Mezzanine Fund.

* EPS in the results of 5.5p which equates to roughly PE ratio of 3.

Friday and added a small amount more today - reckon it tests previous high again soon and then onto £1+

Free float so small, simple going to go mental on next news, and plenty of it due to keep the rise going and going - not interested in selling any anywhere near this level
