El...Preparation of Token value structuring for potential smart contract. Similar undertaking for SupplyMe-4.
Hope fully 3/4 will utilise updated tech rather than the abacus used for the first 2 IM's.
Pleased that TF has been concluded. I did pick up on AZ's acknowledgement of contributions from Tom and james regarding sections of WL Build. Hence the permission for TF to utilizes WL in their Geographical sector.
Az has been working on a Non-Fungible Token Standard ERC-721 smart contracts prototype today.
What happens tomorrow I'll leave to you guys 😊 Or it`ll be sunny with scattered showers and a very low chance of snow..
I like it.
Keith Riley strategy change speak earlier this year. Looks like PHE is expanding its market reach to increases potential income streams. Quite a few companies trying to crack the market in this sector, most making a hash of it. Plenty of work in areas listed IMO and crucial to be self-supporting whilst we all wait for that FOAK.

Works for me. Never thought that 1-2 million IM`s would be financially viable given the work reward ratio for all concerned. On the downside raising larger financial contracts also has implications for the legal necessity of rewriting finance policy to cover governance including risk/reward etc. These Regularity reforms for financial institutions are and have been in a constant state of change, not helped by bad practice and bailouts which indirectly fall at the feet of you and me.
Finance will give you their requirements and update them tomorrow. Success depends on Syme’s ability to provide flexible solutions to meet this criteria. AZ and the chair touched on this subject but unfortunately the opportunity never arose to discuss the subject further. Can Web3 speed up compliance reaction time or is it just a case of more development, more time, more bums on seats. Perhaps all three?
Not expecting any real movement until at least 50m is secured. The journey continues..

Regarding media over H2 Keith Riley’s response was out of character more akin to the HW vocabulary.
Engsolve: Prior to march had 2 directors, the old stalemate scenario. Bring in Keith Riley (the floating director) and 3 months later its sold.
Kieth Riley does a u turn with retirement from PHE but instead retires from the other place.
Like I said earlier, a tidy up.
When Keith Riley stated in Jan, 2023 will be a year of transition for PHE, the common translation of companies in transition is
“Business Transition is the term used to describe when there is a change in the ownership of the business.
Whether the transition is to grow, exit or step back from the business,it is critical to design and implement tactics and strategies to support the transition”
we have all seen HW's admiration for A. B. plus personal commitment to stability of the other place financially.
Close ties including Joint Ventures with the other place should increase confidence as yet not borne out.
If HW steps up to the PHE board Does this help ? I'm optimistic, dependent on the W family and commercial entities remaining investors.
A statement of intent or better still boots on the ground by PHE at the right time would turbo charge interest, perhaps now is not the right time due to tough times as in Quote A.B.
"We are operating in difficult times that only the strongest will survive".
Don't make financial decisions on anything stated on boards including my opinion above DYODD.
Wishing all investors the best regardless of your entry point.
Increased holdings are always a good sign. Will any below invest more? 50% chance of being correct :-)

As the WEB3 model engine build develops in complexity SYME is rapidly increasing the vail of security regarding Ve-chain, borne out by more and more non trackable transaction strings. How far ahead before they add fuel (Funding) to the engine is the big question. How funding will be raised and from what source is another. There’s a vast pool of value placed in Crypto (coins tokens Nft’s etc) all looking for investment opportunities with beneficial returns.
Fixed period investment is currently popular with the unknowns of inflation and interest rate fragility. This makes pool funding attractive. It’s becoming more akin to escrow, reducing risk and therefore increasing rewards.
Syme appears to be heading in this direction, which I support as more control lies with those raising and funding alike and most important without the threat of banks themselves borrowing/hedging to cover the balance.
Put Simply… as a blockchain based entity, why seek dosh from the old school when huge amounts of value(new dosh) is desperate to be put to work. Lets face it the old world of fiat currencies is under pressure the usual reason for countries throwing bombs at each other. Nows the time AZ ....be bold.
Moab: Bang on with spread of customer base with ? of PHE dependence.
£99,990 in cash for 48% 2021 turnover £840,000 after tax Net £137,000
£572,000 in cash for balance 52% No turnover published £195,155 profit Gross or net?.
Corrections welcome..
Was this necessary and most of all, why now at a point with the capital value trend and pending expenditure for lease, Petrofac etc. Sorry, but hints of a cash drain tidy up prior to change. Hope I’m wrong.

Good for the UK tech industry. Hopefully good for SYME.
